أثر الرقابة الإدارية علي أداء العاملين في المؤسسات البترولية دراسة حالة المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار

Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر الرقابة الإدارية على أداء العاملين في المؤسسة بكون الرقابة أداة فعالة من خلالها يتم التعرف على متابعة الأداء وإنجازات العمال والتأكد من أن نشاط المؤسسة يسير وفق الخطط المسطرة , كما تعمل على تصحيح مسار التنفيذ والكشف على الأخطاء التي تعيق الأداء الفعلي قصد تحسينه وتطويره على ضوء الأهداف والخطط الموضوعة من طرف المؤسسة . من خلال الدارسة تم التعرف على طبيعة الرقابة الإدارية داخل المؤسسة الوطنية للأشغال في الآبار ENTP وأثرها علي أداء العاملين في المؤسسة كما استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على الصعوبات التي تواجه العمال والإدارة في نفس الوقت ومدى اهتمام العمال في تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة حيث استخدم الباحث الإستبيان للإجابة علي تلك الأسئلة.
