Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى البحث في جوانب موضوع تقييم أداء البنوك التجارية والتي أصبحت اهتمام كل المؤسسات الاقتصادية بصفة عامة والمؤسسات المصرفية بصفة خاصة، خاصة مع تزايد العمليات المصرفية وتعدد البنوك فاختلفت النشاطات والخدمات التي يقدمها كل بنك سواء كان من القطاع العمومي أو الخاص. حاولنا من خلال الدراسة تسليط الضوء على أهم جوانب تقييم أداء البنوك التجارية، وكانت عينة الدراسة " البنك الوطني الجزائري وبنك سوسيتي جنرال الجزائر"، وذلك من أجل أداء كلا البنكين من جهة والمقارنة بينهما من جهة أخرى، وكذا التعرف على واقع البنوك الجزائرية وإيجاد نقاط القوة والضعف لهذه البنوك.

This study aims to look to the aspects of the subject of commercial banks and assess the performance that has become the attention of all economic institutions in general and the banking institutions in particular, especially with the increasing banking operations and banks multiplicity of activities and services provided by each bank, whether from the public or private sector.. We tried through study to highlight the most important aspects of commercial banks performance evaluation, and the study was sample, "the National Bank of Algeria and Societe Generale Bank Algeria," In order to perform both banks on the one hand and the comparison between them on the other hand, and as well as recognize the reality of Algerian banks and finding the strengths and weaknesses of these banks.
