الرضا الوظيفي لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية وعلاقته بالأداء الوظيفي والالتزام التنظيمي دراسة ميدانية لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية للطور المتوسط -ولاية جيجل-

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إىل التعرف على الرضا الوظيفي ألساتذة الرتبية البدنية والرياضية وعالقته ببعض املتغريات، وقد اخرتنا دراسة متغريي األداء الوظيفي وااللتزام التنظيمي، وقد استخدمنا املنهج الوصفي لتحقيق فرضييت البحث املتمثلة يف األوىل "توجد عالقة طردية ذات داللة إحصائية بني الرضا الوظيفي واألداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة الرتبية البدنية والرياضية". والفرضية الثانية "توجد عالقة طردية ذات داللة إحصائية بني الرضا الوظيفي وااللتزام التنظيمي لدى أساتذة الرتبية البدنية والرياضية". ومتثلت عينة البحث يف 011 أستاذ للرتبية البدنية والرياضية، واعتمدنا على املتوسط احلسايب ملعرفة مدى ارتفاع أو اخنفاض استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة على كل عبارة من عبارات متغريات الدراسة األساسية واالحنراف املعياري ملعرفة مدى احنراف استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة، كما اعتمدنا على معامل االرتباط "بريسون" ملعرفة طبيعة العالقة بني الرضا الوظيفي وكل من األداء الوظيفي وااللتزام التنظيمي، واستنتجنا أن األداء وااللتزام يتعلقان مبستوى الرضا الوظيفي وأن غياب هذا األخري يؤثر يف األداء الوظيفي وااللتزام التنظيمي لدى األساتذة، وذلك يؤثر على التعليم بصفة عامة. مما يتعني على املسؤولني ضرورة الرتكيز على الرضا الوظيفي لألساتذة وتوفري كل املتطلبات الالزمة لتحقيقه، باعتباره مؤثرا فعاال على األداء الوظيفي لألساتذة والتزامهم التنظيمي.

The aim of the research is to identify the job satisfaction of teachers of physical education and its relationship with some variables, he used the descriptive method to achieve the two thesis ,the first says that there is a direct correlation statistically significant difference between the job satisfaction and job performance of teachers of physical education ,the seconde hypotheses there is a direct correlation statistically significant difference between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of teachers of physical education ,the subjects consisted 100 teachers ,the researcher used arithmetic mean to find out how high or low responses of members of sample study on each phrase and standard deviation of the study variables basic phrases to know the extent of deviation to the responses of members of the study as he used the Pearson correlation coefficient to see the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment ,he concluded that the organizational commitment and the performance relate to the level of job satisfaction and that his absence affects the both so affect the education ,the researcher recommended the necessity of focus on job satisfaction for teachers and give the concept of the organizational commitment more importance and urge continued efforts and the development of performance to reach the best level in order to develop the educational process
