Abstract: The subject of accidents at work is of a great importance. It is a topic that requires research to identify the key factors leading to stress. Any incident may cause distortion to partners, the organization and the worker. However, some factors, moral and physical and material losses, are among the increasing units and handling work-related accidents among workers in their places of work of various kinds. Hence, occupational injuries and diseases are associated to the obstacles impeding production within the organization. Supervision methods are the most influential factor resulting in heart disease, suicide, personality disorders, and harassment at work place. Supervision methods are the most influential factor resulting in heart disease, suicide, personality disorders, and harassment at work place. Given that, the worker may give up and became passive to the relating variables that provoke his performance, and may also lead to a contagious syndrome. Feelings of humiliation and burning out are the outcomes of work trauma or any accidents that may happen. Not to mention, but psychological symptoms related to agitation and the lack of self reliance are to take into consideration since it has a great link to self confidence, achievement that motivate production and perseverance. Be what may, passivity affects concerns and cause professional helplessness
