Abstract: This article is in our hands trying to study a phenomenon very responded in Algerian society and affects a significant category in the company represented by the Algerian university graduates in different scientific disciplines and who have not had the chance to get a job in the field of scientific specialization, and for that a study of the main issues was launched and is the measure of integration and psychological and social stability of the individual, what is his reflection on society? is that there is job satisfaction? is what this individual has formed you will build his company? or will he regarded as an intellectual and scientific strength wasted? what is the degree of professional compatibility of university graduates during their work outside their specialization? is that it offers a quality service which is reflected sue social life? and what is its impact on their mental and social condition and also on the performance of social service? the researcher attempted to measure these variables using a questionnaire on a sample of 200 boys and girls in the province of Tlemcen as an example, the questionnaire consists of 21 open and closed questions as indicators to verify the hypotheses of research and this is based on a set of previous studies who are interested in the same subject at the end to get to the realities of this phenomenon in order to enrich one side of this issue and is in the first place compatibilté between job satisfaction and the level of professionalism that is influenced by the devellopement personal abilities because it lacks compatibility in échatillon study reflects dissatisfaction and unused scientific capacity in the current work and evidence is that the majority 95 percent of the participants want to change their current occupation. Deusiement the abour out scientific specialization creates in this category a feeling of disgust, dissatisfaction and devaluing of knowledge in society, this is achieved through several indicators malgrés temptations concerned to show the opposite of fear of unemployment mainly because they are mostly family leaders
