تصورات المهندسين للتخطيط الحضري في المدينة الصحراوية دراسة ميدانية بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الى الكشف عن الأسس التي يعتمد عليها المهندسين في اعداد المخططات الحضرية لمدينة ورقلة و التي تعد من اهم المدن الصحراوية الزاخرة بخصائصها الثقافية والعمرانية المعمارية الاصيلة ,كذلك معرفة أهم الاسس التي يبنى عليها التخطيط من احتياجات للسكان ومراعاة للبيئة الطبيعية للمنطقة وتراثها الثقافي الذي تتميز به.فتعرجنا في هذه الدراسة إلى الفصل الأول التي تضمنت إشكالية الموضوع عن تصور المهندسين في التخطيط الحضري للمدينة والتي تندرج منها تساؤلات فرعية, اسباب اختيار الموضوع , اهمية الموضوع , الاهداف التي تصبو اليها الدراسة, اضافة للمفاهيم التي انطلقت منها الدراسة, الدراسات السابقة والصعوبات التي واجهت الدراسة ,ثم أخذنا المسار للفصل الثاني باتخاذنا للإطار المنهجي للدراسة وفق مجالات الدراسة حيث تمت الدراسة في مديرية التعمير الهندسة المعمارية والبناء ومكاتب الدراسات الخاصة , والعينة التي أختيرت هي عينة قصدية لفئة المهندسين المعماريين ومهندسي التهيئة العمرانية وتسيير تقنيات الحضرية وتمت الدراسة عن طريق المقابلة لفترة زمنية محددة ,والتي تتضمن المنهج الوصفي من خلال التحليل الكيفي والذي يتطلب موضوع الدراسة . وتبين لنا من خلال الدراسة الميدانية ان تصور المهندسين قائم على توفير متطلبات السكان واحتياجاتهم من سكن ومرافق وخذمات ضرورية , دون مراعاة الخصائص البيئية المؤثرة على التجمعات العمرانية وغياب العناصر العمرانية والمعمارية للتراث الثقافي للمنطقة . الكلمات المفتاحية: تصورات المهندسين - التخطيط الحضري – المدن الصحراوية .

This study aims at discovering the architectures conception in preparing elaborate maps for Ouargla city which is considered as one of the most important cities in the Sahara with its social cultural features, buildings and and original constructions. In addition, it tends to know the essential bases upon which mapping is built from peoples’ needs taking in consideration the natural environment of the region and its culture.In the first chapter of this study, we dealt with the subject problem about the architectures conception in the civil mapping for the city which introduced different sub-issues : the reasons for choosing the topic , the importance of the topic, the objectives of the study and the conceptions from which the study was undertaken, the previous studies and the difficulties faced. Then we started the second chapter via the methodological frame of the study by following the study in the direction of Infrasturacturing Civil Architecture, Construction and The Office of Special Studies. The sample chosen is an objective sample for the civil architectures and the architectures of construction preparation through meetings for a limited periods which includes the descriptive method that follows the study subject. Form the practical view of our study, we realized that the architectures conception is based upon providing peoples ‘needs in housing and infrastructure without considering the environmental features which may affect the buildings communities and the lack of buildings and constructions elements for the cultural history of the region.
