تمثلات المجتمع الصحراوي للمرأة العاملة ليلا في القطاع الصحي دراسة ميدانية بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الاطلاع على تمثّلات المجتمع الصحراوي للمرأة العاملة ليلا في القطاع الصحي بالجزائر من أجل تقديم تحليل سوسيولوجي أقرب للواقع و محاولة الوصول الى تفسير ما هو كائن فعلا. ولمعرفة هذا عن قرب طرحنا التساؤل الرئيسي التالي : ما هي تمثلات المجتمع الصحراوي للمرأة العاملة ليلا في القطاع الصحي ؟ وتندرج تحته التساؤلات الفرعية التالية : 1- هل تؤثر القيم الاجتماعية للمجتمع الصحراوي على تمثلاته للمرأة العاملة ليلا في القطاع الصحي؟ 2- ما هي العوامل التي دفعت المرأة للعمل ليلا في القطاع الصحي من وجهة نظر المجتمع الصحراوي ؟ 3- ما هي المعوقات الاجتماعية التي تواجه المرأة العاملة ليلا في القطاع الصحي من وجهة نظر المجتمع الصحراوي ؟ وللإجابة على هذه التساؤلات اعتمدنا على منهج المسح الاجتماعي وبالتحديد المسح بالعينة ، مستخدمين في ذلك أدوات لجمع البيانات الملاحظة استمارة الاستبيان والمدعم بالمقابلة كأداة مساعدة ، معتمدين على عينة مكونة من 140 مفردة مقسمة بالمناصفة حسب الجنس اناث وذكور من سكان مدينة ورقلة وتفوق أعمارهم 20 سنة وقد دامت الدراسة الميدانية أكثر من شهرين، و أسفرت هذه الدراسة على النتائج التالية : أن تصورات المجتمع الصحراوي حول المرأة العاملة ليلا في القطاع الصحي تختلف من فرد الى أخر ومن جنس الى أخر، فالمجتمع يتأثر في تقييمه لعملها الى قيمه السائدة و المتمثلة في العادات وتقاليد الراسخة والمتوارثة، فهو لا يعترف بضرورة و أهمية وجود المرأة في هذه المهن الحساسة والإنسانية ، وهذا ما خلق لها نوع من المعوقات والصعوبات . الكلمات المفتاحية : التمثلات ، المجتمع الصحراوي ، المرأة ، العمل الليلي .

Current study aimed to see the opinion of the Saharian society for women working at night in the health sector in Algeria in order to present a sociological analysis the reality and attempt to access to the interpretation of what is actually being. To find out what this we near the main question: What are the opinion of the Saharian society for women working at night in the health sector ? They fall under the following sub-questions : 1-Do principles of the Saharian community influence their opinions about women working at night in the health sector ? 2-What are the factors that forced women to work at night in the health sector from the point of view of the Saharian society ? 3- What is the social constraints facing women working at night in the health sector from the viewpoint of the Saharian society ? To answer these questions,we have adopted the approach of social survey sample survey, namely, using the tools to collect data questionnaire observation form is worthy one-to-one migration as a tool to assist, dependent on a sample of 140 single divided equally share by Sex Female and male residents of the city of Ouargla, beyond age 20 years as long as the field study of more than two months, and resulted in this study the following results : The perceptions of Saharian society on women working at night in the health sector vary from one individual to another and from one species to another, the community is affected by the prevailing assessment of its work to its values and of habits and traditions established and stereotyped, it does not recognize the need for and importance of the presence of women in the professions and sensitive, and this is what has created a kind of obstacles and difficulties.
