Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تهدف هذه الدراسة بشكل رئيسي إلى تحديد أسس ومقومات الدولة في العصر الحديث ،وإبراز ما ميزها من اختلافات عن الدول في العصرين السابقين للعصر الحديث (اليوناني، الوسيط)،حيث أن الدولة كانت عاملا معتمدا لتغيير حالة المجتمعات من عصر لآخر ثم التعرف على أهم النظريات والأراء التي ظهرت حولها لدى بعض الفلاسفة باختلاف عصورهم ولتبيان اختلافها تم عرضها مع النظريات التي تنقضها . وقد ثبت في الأخير أن الدولة لم يتم الاتفاق على مفهوم موحداً لها عند الفلاسفة، لكن ما ساد عند فلاسفة العصر الحديث بأن الدولة الحديثة تخلصت من الطابع الثيوقراطي وقامت على الطابع السياسي الديمقراطي. Summary: This study mainly aims to identify the foundations and the foundations of the state in the modern era, and to highlight what distinguished her from differences from countries in the former eras of the modern era (Greek, Intermediate), since the state was a factor dependent to change the status of the communities of the era to another and then identify the most important theories and views which appeared around with some different philosophers spree and show different was presented with theories that denounce it. It has been proven in the last state that there is no agreement on a unified concept when philosophers, but what prevailed when the philosophers of the modern era of the modern state that got rid of the theocratic character and the democratic political nature.
