العدالة الجنائية الدولية ودورها في حماية حقوق الانسان

Abstract

تعرض المجتمع الدولي عبر التاريخ لكثير من الحروب الضارية التي أذت ضمير الانسانية بما خلافته من مآسي والآم ومن المؤسف أنها مازالت موجودة لا تنتهي باعتبارها من الظواهر الإنسانية غير أن المستنكر فيها ما تتعرض له قواعد القانون الدولي من الخروقات وعدم الاحترام وخاصة من جانب القوى العظمى الممثلة للمجموعة الدولية والتي ينبغي أن تكون أول الملتزمين بأحكامها ومنها ما يجري في فلسطين والعراق والسودان والصومال وأفغانستان والشيشان من قتل وتدمير وانتهاكات لكافة الأعراف والقوانين وغيرها من الأقطار التي خلت من النزاعات غير ذات الطابع الدولي. فأساس أشكال هاته الدراسة هو إلى أي مدى كان للعدالة الجنائية الدولية دور في حماية حقوق الإنسان وهذا ما أدى إلى دراسة هاته النقاط المهمة والتي تتمحور في مبادئ العدالة الدولية و آليات العدالة الجنائية الدولية في حماية حقوق الإنسان Exposure of the international community through the history of many wars fierce outraged the conscience of humanity, including succession of tragedies and pain It is unfortunate that they still exist endless as the phenomena of humanity is that deplorable where the risks to the rules of international law violations and lack of respect and especially by the great powers represented by the groupinternational and that should be the first to abiding by its provisions, including what is happening in Palestine, Iraq, Sudan, Somalia, Afghanistan and Chechnya, killing and destruction and violations of all norms and laws, and other countries that are free of conflicts not of an international character.
