Abstract

نستخلص من خلال هذا البحث أن السلطة الإدارية من خلال ممارسة للضبط الإداري من منح الترخيص الإداري المسبق لتنظيم ممارسة الشعائر الدينية لكافة الأديان في أماكن وتوقيت محدد تسعى في دلك إلى عدم المساس بالنظام العام وتوفير السكينة العامة لجميع أفراد المجتمع دون تميز وكذا احترام الحقوق والحريات الذي يكفل الدستور هذا من جهة كذا المحافظة على مكانة الدين وقدسيته في قلوب الأفراد والذي يتطلب ممارسته في أماكن تلق به دون التضييق على حرية الآخرين.
