أثر برامج استصلاح الأراضي الفلاحية على التنمية الريفية بمنطقة وادي سوف

Abstract

من بين توجهات الدولة لتنمية المناطق الصحراوية، تكثيف عملية استصلاح الاراضي الفلاحية وإدخال أنظم زراعية جديدة، أكثر ربحية. أصبحت منطقة وادي سوف الآن قطبا فلاحيا بامتياز، من خلال تنفيذ برامج التنمية، وهذا بفضل برامج استصلاح الأراضي الفلاحية في المناطق الصحراوية. هذا النجاح الباهر دليلا على رغبة الدولة لتقديم نشاطا فلاحيا قار ذو مردودية لسكان المناطق الريفية. إن عملية الاستصلاح أحدثت طفرة اقتصادية واجتماعية ايجابية مركزها الفلاحة، ومن خلال هذا العمل المتواضع سوف نتطرق إلى أثر عملية الاستصلاح على التنمية الريفية في منطقة وادي سوف

Among the directions of public power for the development of Saharan regions, intensification of agricultural development and introduction of new, more profitable cropping systems. The region of Oued Souf has now become a pole for agricultural excellence through the implementation of development programs. This success is the result of a desire by the central and local governments to provide rural populations in developing programs and a stable agricultural activity and generating income. This enhancement to create a socio-economic environment for people to live from farming activities without the use of various informal activities that characterize this area. In this present work, we will contribute to the knowledge of the impact of agricultural development on rural development in the region of Oued Souf.

Parmi les orientations des pouvoirs public pour le développement des régions sahariennes, l’intensification de la mise en valeur agricole et l’introduction de nouveaux systèmes de cultures plus rémunérateurs. La région d’ElOued Souf est devenue actuellement un pôle agricole par excellence grâce à la concrétisation des programmes de mise en valeur. Cette réussite est le fruit d’une volonté des pouvoirs publics centraux et locaux d’offrir aux populations rurales des programmes de développement et une activité agricole stable et génératrice de revenus. Cette mise en valeur a créé un environnement socio–économique permettant aux populations de vivre des activités agricoles sans recourir aux différentes activités informelles qui caractérisent cette zone. Dans le présent travail, nous apporterons notre contribution à la connaissance de l’impact de la mise en valeur agricole sur le développement rural dans la région d’Oued Souf.Abstract
