دور تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في تفعيل أداء الصحفي داخل الإذاعة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على "دور التكنولوجيا الحديثة للاتصال في تفعيل أداء الصحفي داخل الإذاعة" ودراسة مدى استخدام الصحفي لهذه التكنولوجيا في الإذاعة ومعرفة دور تكنولوجيا الحديثة للاتصال على العمل الإعلامي في الإذاعة المتمثلة في:العمل الإنتاجي الإذاعي، العمل الصحفي في الإذاعة وقد حاولت الدراسة الإجابة عن التساؤلات الآتية: - هل تستخدم الإذاعة تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة؟ - ماهي الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة المستخدمة من طرف الصحفي داخل الإذاعة؟ - كيف يستخدم الصحفي تكنولوجيا الحديثة للاتصال في الإذاعة؟ شمل مجتمع الدراسة جميع الصحفيين في المؤسسة العمومية الجهوية للإذاعة في ولاية ورقلة سنة 2015 والبالغ عددهم 22 صحفي ولجأنا في بحثنا لدراسة مسحية نظرا لصغر مجتمع الدراسة، حيث تطلبت الدراسة استخدام المنهج الوصفي لوصف الظاهرة وصفا ساعد على معرفة دور تكنولوجيا الحديثة للإعلام والاتصال في العمل الإعلامي داخل المؤسسة واعتمدنا كمنهجية للحصول على المعلومات حول موضوع الدراسة على الاستبيان الذي يعتبر من أهم الأدوات المستعملة في جمع البيانات الذي ساعدنا كثيرا في الكشف عن أراء المبحوثين حول الظاهرة، حيث تكونت استمارة الاستبيان من 19 سؤال في صيغته النهائية وتم قبول الاستبيان والتأكد من صدقه عن طريق عرضه لمجموعة من المحكمين، وبعد جمع الاستمارات تم تفريغها في جداول إحصائية وحساب النسب المئوية باستخدام برنامج "spss " وتحليلها، ومن خلال هذا ظهرت النتائج المتعلقة بالدراسة التي تهدف إلى إبراز "الدور الذي تلعبه تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في تفعيل أداء الصحفي في الإذاعة"، سواء بشقيها التقليدي أو التقني في تطوير سبل التواصل بين الصحفي والمتلقي من خلال تحقيق رغباته. وقد أسهمت ثورة المعلومات في تطوير آليات عصرية في المجال التكنولوجي، ومنها استخدام الانترنت والوسائط المتعددة، إذ لا يمكن مستقبل ناجح ومتميز للإذاعة من دون إدماج هذين الوسطين في عملية التفاعل والتواصل الفعال مع جمهورها.

L'étude visait à identifier le "rôle de la technologie moderne pour se connecter à l'activation de la presse dans la performance de la radio" et d'étudier l'étendue de la presse de cette tech-nologie dans l'utilisation de la radio et de la connaissance du rôle de la technologie moderne pour se connecter au travail des médias dans la radio: productive la radio de travail، le travail journalistique en radio a essayé d'étudier la réponse les questions suivantes: - Utilisez-vous des technologies modernes de communication radio? - Quels sont les moyens technologiques modernes utilisées au sein du parti de journaliste de la radio? - Comment la presse de la technologie moderne est utilisée pour se connecter à la radio? La population de l'étude comprenait tous les journalistes de l'institution publique régionale Radio dans la province de Ouargla en 2015 et la presse 16 et nous avons tourné dans notre recherche d'une enquête en raison de la faible population de l'étude، où l'étude a utilisé l’approche descriptive est nécessaire pour décrire la description du phénomène a aidé à con-naître le rôle de la technologie moderne de l'information et de la communication dans le travail des médias à l'intérieur l'institution et adopté comme une méthodologie pour obtenir des informations sur le sujet de l'étude au questionnaire qui est l'un des outils les plus importants utilisés dans la collecte de données qui nous a beaucoup aidé dans la détection des points de vue des répondants sur le phénomène، qui a formé le questionnaire de 19 questions a été fina-lisée ont été acceptées questionnaire et assurez-vous de sa sincérité par affichage pour un groupe d'arbitres، et après la collecte des formulaires ont été déchargées dans les tableaux sta-tistiques et de calculer des pourcentages aide du programme "spss" et l'analyse، et à travers cette apparu résultats liés à l'étude، qui vise à mettre en évidence "le rôle joué par les techno-logies modernes de communication dans l'activation d'un journaliste de la performance de la radio،" si tant dans sa traditionnel ou dans le développement des moyens techniques de com-munication entre la presse et le récepteur remplissent travers ses désirs.
