معالجة صحيفة الشروق اليومي الجزائرية لقضايا الفساد في الجزائر (قضية بنك الخليفة و سوناطراك أنموذجا)

Abstract

من خلال هذه الأوراق البحثية تطرقنا إلى ظاهرة الفساد في الجزائر محاولين معرفة الكيفية التي تناولت بها وسائل الإعلام المكتوبة هذه الظاهرة من حيث الأشكال و المضامين الإعلامية، باعتبارها تعبر عن مدى اهتمام الصحيفة بالموضوع. و قد اخترنا صحيفة الشروق اليومي الجزائرية باعتبارها واحدة من الصحف ذات الانتشار الواسع، و بالتركيز على أكبر قضيتي فساد عرفتهما الجزائر في السنوات العشر الأخيرة، هما قضية بنك الخليفة (فضيحة القرن) و قضية سوناطراك الشركة النفطية الوطنية الجزائرية خلال سنة 2013، بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و حددنا وحدات التحليل في وحدة الموضوع و وحدة قياس المساحة. و انتهت الدراسة إلى أن الصحيفة اهتمت إلى حد ما بهذه القضايا ضمن أعدادها و بمختلف القوالب الفنية و تتبعت تفاصيل هذه القضايا و مجرياتها. كما لمسنا من خلال تحليلنا جرأة الصحيفة التي ذكرت شخص و أسماء المتهمين في هذه القضايا و نشر صورهم مع العلم أن هذه الشخصيات هي شخصيات سياسية بارزة و وزراء في الدولة الجزائرية.

The present study tackles the corruption in Algeria, attempting to identify how do media deal with this phenomena from formal and content informative angel since they reflect how important the topic is for the newspaper. Our corpus is ‘Echorouknews paper’ that is daily Algerian issued in every early morning. One of the most read one in Algeria. We will focus on two of the main corruption affaire in the last decade Elkhalefa Bank (the century gate) and Sonatrack the A Algeria petroleum company in 2013 depending on the descriptive analysis method. We have identified the analysis units in the subject matter and the superficies measurement unit. The findings of the study show that this newspaper is interested in such affairs since it tackled it from different points. We also saw how competent the newspaper is since it showed their names, the accused identities in these cases. Putting in the mid that they are notable names in politics in the Algerian statue
