تقييم استخدام الإستثمار التكنولوجي في المؤسسات البترولية

Abstract

يشكل موضوع الإستثمار في تكنولوجيا الصناعة النفطية محور اهتمام الشركات النفطية الراغبة في تحديث طرق استغلال الثروة النفطية وتعظيم العوائد على نشاطها وتخفيض التكاليف والمحافظة على البيئة، فقد لعبت التكنولوجيات الحديثة دورا حاسما في توجيه وترشيد إنفاقاتها على المدى البعيد أو القريب، بناءا على هذا تقوم الشركات النفطية بإجراء عمليات تقييم لاستخدام التكنولوجيات الحديثة و تحديد أثره على نشاطها. قمنا باجراء دراسة إحصائية لتقييم استخدام تكنولوجيا الحفر الأوتوماتيكي على مستوى مديرية الحفر بقاعدة 24 فبراير بمنطقة حاسي مسعود، معتمدين على مجموعة من المؤشرات التقنية والإقتصادية المستخدمة لتقييم هذه التقنية، حيث بينت نتائج الدراسة توقف فعالية استخدام هذه التكنولوجيا على مستوى شدة تعقد الخصائص الجيولوجية للآبار، فكلما كانت الخصائص أقل صعوبة في الحفر كانت نتائج استخدام هذه التقنية أفضل.

Modern technologies have played a crucial role in guiding and rationalize its expenditure in the longor the short term, because of that all Oil & Gas Companies conducting assessments of the use of modern technologies and determine its impact on their activities. We conducted a statistical study to evaluate the use of Automated Drilling System on the Directorate of Drilling of February 24 base, region of Hassi Messaoud, Relying on set of technical and economic indicators used to evaluate this technique. Where the results showed the effectiveness of this technology on the level of intensity of complexity of the geological characteristics of the wells, the more characteristics were less difficulty in drilling the results of the use of this technique better.
