المهارات التدريسية الإبداعية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي (دراسة ميدانية ببعض ثانويات مدينة ورقلة)

Abstract

استهدفت الدراسة الحالية معرفة مهارات التدريسية الإبداعية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي وقد تمحورت الدراسة حول التساؤلات التالية : 1- ماهو مستوى إتقان أساتذة التعليم الثانوي للمهارات التدريسية الإبداعية بمتغيراتها المختلفة ؟ 2- هل توجد فروق ذات الدلالة إحصائية في مستوى المهارات التدريسية الإبداعية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي باختلاف الجنس و الاقدمية في التدريس و التفاعل بينهما ؟ 3- هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى المهارات التدريسية الإبداعية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي باختلاف التخصص والمستوى و التفاعل بينهما ؟ و قد تحددت الدراسة الحالية بالمنهج الوصفي ، و اخترت العينة العشوائية الطبقية من اربع (04) ثانويات في مدينة ورقلة هي ثانوية محمد العيد أل خليفة ،ثانوية عبد المجيد بومادة ،ثانوية مالك بن نبي ،ثانوية زياينة الجديدة ، و قد اعتمدت أداة جمع البيانات و هي :أداة تقيس المهارات التدريسية الإبداعية لدى أساتذة تعليم الثانوية و توصلت إلى النتائج الآتية: 1-وجود ارتفاع في الأداء لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوية عن مستوى الاتقان المحدد الذي يقدر ب85 بالمئة الإبداعية ،و كذلك بالنسبة للدرجة الكلية للمقياس . 2-لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوي المهارات التدريسية الإبداعية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي باختلاف الجنس و الاقدمية في التدريس و التفاعل بينهما . 3-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى المهارات التدريسية الإبداعية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي باختلاف التخصص و المستوى التعليمي و التفاعل بينهما . -و قد تم تفسير نتائج هذه الدراسة في ضوء بعض الدراسات السابقة و بناء على أرضية نظرية مسبقة ، و ختمت الدراسة القائمة ببعض المقتراحات الموجهة للمهتمين بالعملية التربوية في التعليم الثانوي .

The present study aimed to know the creative teaching skills of secondary school teachers has focused the study on the following questions: 1-What is the mastery of secondary school teachers for teaching creative skills Bmngaradtha different level? 2. Are there any statistically significant differences in the level of creative teaching skills of secondary school teachers according to sex and seniority teaching and the interaction between them? 3. Are there significant differences in the level of creative teaching skills of secondary school teachers and differences depending on the level of specialization? And the current study has identified curriculum descriptive, and you choose to sample random class of four (04) high schools in the city of Ouargla are secondary Mohammed Eid Al Khalifa, the secondary Abdul MajidBoumadh, secondary Malik bin Nabi, minor new Zaaanh, and data collection and tool have been adopted It is: A tool to measure teaching skills with creative teachers secondary education And reached the following results: 1-an increase in the performance of teachers of secondary education for the specified level of workmanship, which is estimated at 85% in all the dimensions of creative teaching skills, as well as for the total score of the scale. 2-There are no statistically significant differences in the level of creative teaching skills of secondary school teachers according to sex and seniority in teaching and the interaction between them. 3-There were no statistically significant differences in the level of creative teaching skills of secondary school teachers differences depending on the specialization and level of education and the interaction between them. (F) it has been interpreting the results of this study in the light of some previous studies and on the ground prior theory, and the study concluded the list with some destined for those interested in the educational process in secondary education proposals.
