علاقة الرقابة الإدارية بالأنماط القيادية دراسة ميدانية على موظفي كلية العلوم الإنسانية و الإجتماعية "جامعة قاصدي مرباح"

Abstract

هدفتهذهالدارسةإلىالكشف عن فروق في الرقابة الإدارية تعزى الأنماط القيادية لدىموظفين كلية العلوم الإنسانية و الإجتماعيةوهل هناك فروق في الرقابة الإدارية تعزى النمط القيادي ومتغيرات الدراسة المتمثلة في (الجنس ،الأقدمية، نوعية المنصب)، وتكونتعينةالدارسةمن64 موظف و موظفة،وقدتماختيار العينة بطريقةعشوائيةبسيطة،ولتحقيقأهدافالدارسةاعتمدت الباحثة على أداتينوهما : استبيان الأنماط القيادية للدكتور عمومن رمضان لرسالته المعنونة بعلاقة الأنماط القيادية بمستوى الإبداع الإداري و التطوير التنظيمي بالمؤسسات الجامعية وفق نموذج الشبكة الإدارية لبلاك وموتون للسنة الجامعية 2013_2014 . كما تم تبني استبيان الرقابة الإدارية لمصميه عبد الله عبد الرحمان النيمان تحت عنوان الرقابة الإدارية و علاقتها بالأداء الوظيفي في الأجهزة الأمنية بأكاديميةنايفالعربيةللعلومالأمنية ،بحيث قسمت الدراسة إلى جانبين جانب نظري و جانب تطبيقي و تخلل الدراسة سبعةفصول،الفصلالأول تحديد الإشكالية و الفصل الثاني عناصر حول الرقابة الإداريةو الفصل الثالث يتناول الأنماط القيادية و الفصل الرابع الدراسات السابقة، الفصل الخامس الإجراءات المنهجية الفصل السادس عرض وتحليل نتائج الفرضيات ، الفصل السابع تفسير و مناقشة نتائج الفرضيات ،و موضوع الدراسة الحالية يدرسعلاقة الرقابة الإدارية بالأنماط القيادية،تمحورت الدراسةالاستطلاعيةالتيتهدف بدورها إلىتقنينأدواتالدراسةوذلكمنخلالقياسصدقهاوثباتهابالاستعانةببرنامجالرزمالإحصائيةللعلومالإجتماعية وقدأظهرتالنتائجصلاحيةالأدواتومناسبتهالعينةالدارسة . (SPSS) أماالقسمالثانيفهوالدارسةالأساسيةوالتيتهدفإلىاختبارالفرضياتوبعدهاتماختيارالعينةبطريقةعشوائيةبسيطةثم تطبيقالأدواتعلىالعينةالتيتقدرب97موظف و موظفة ، وبعداسترجاعالاستمارات تحددتالعينةب64فرداوذلكبعدحذفالإستماراتالتيلاتتوفرعلىالشروطالضرورية فيهذهالدراسة . - وبعدتطبيقأدواتالدارسةوعرضوتحليلالنتائجتمالتوصلإلىالنتائجالآتية:ليس هناك فروق في الرقابة الإدارية بين الأنماط القيادية . ليس هناك فروق في الرقابة الإدارية تعزى للأنماط القيادية ليس هناك فروق في الرقابة الإدارية تعزى للأنماط القيادية و الجنس لعينة الدراسة. ليس هناك فروق في الرقابة الإدارية تعزى للأنماط القيادية و الأقدمية لعينة الدراسة. ليس هناك فروق في الرقابة الإدارية تعزى للأنماط القيادية و نوعية المنصب لعينة الدراسة .

This very study aimed to exploit the difference of the administrative surveillance; in which enhances the methodological patterns of the Faculty of Humanity and Science, yet the differences of the administrative surveillance optimizes the methodological patterns and the flux of the similar studies ( gender, stance ). The study core was made up of 64 employees, picked up quite randomly, and in order to fulfill the aims of this very study; the researcher relied on these two paths: Questioning the methodological patterns of Doctor (amoumnremdan) of his letter related to the methodological patterns in terms of administrative creativity and the organizational development at universities according to the administrative web concept for Balakwomoton for the universal year 2013-2014. Besides the adaptation of questioning the administrative surveillance of Mesmiaabdallahabderahmanelniman titled as the administrative surveillance and its relation with the performance of the security systems at the academy of Naif Arabic for Security Sciences, and that the study divided this case study into two parts; theoretical and applied, in which seven chapters deepened the study, chapter one is related to the theory identification; chapter two cares for the elements over the administrative surveillance, chapter three for the methodological patterns, chapter four for the previous lessons, chapter five for the methodological procedures, chapter six is for demonstration and hypotheses outcomes analysis, chapter seven explains and discusses the outcomes of the theories, and the current case study treats the administrative surveillance relation with the methodological patterns, the study floated around the exploitation that aimed this latter to reduce study tools and that would go through measuring its credibility steadiness by utilizing the statistical packages of the social scientific, as for the results showing the tools credibility and position for the specimen (SPSS) AS for the second section, it is the essential study that works to test the hypotheses and then randomly picking the specimen; later on comes the tools application on the specimen that is about 97 employees, after returning the certificates; the specimen was declared with 64 individual and that after having omitted the certificates that didn’t have what was necessary for this study. -After applying the study tools and illustrating the outcomes analysis as following: there are no differences in the administrative surveillance between the methodological patterns. -There are no differences in the administrative surveillance enhancing the methodological patterns. -There are no differences in the administrative surveillance optimizing the methodological patterns and gender for study specimen. -There are no differences in the administrative surveillance improving the methodological patterns and originality for study specimen. -There are no differences in the administrative surveillance enhancing the methodological patterns and stance qualities for study specimen.
