Abstract: In this work we study the radiation emitted by electric discharge plasma of helium gas. The pressure is 4.8 Torr and the power Micro Wave (MW) is of 108W.Our numerical calculation identifies several spectral lines. By using the Boltzmann method we calculated the electronic temperature (Te = 3.23eV). The application of the Saha law gives the plasma electronic density (Ne = 3.67 1013cm-3). The calculated theoretical spectra are in good agreement with the experimental spectra
