مستوى الوحدة النفسية لدى المديرين المتقاعدين والمعلمين المتقاعدين في المرحلة الإبتدائية دراسة إستكشافية في بعض بلديات ولاية ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوى الوحدة النفسية للمديرين المتقاعدين والمعلمين المتقاعدين بالمرحلة الإبتدائية في بعض بلديات ولاية ورقلة، كما هدفت إلى الكشف عن وجود فروق تعزى إلى بعض المتغيرات مثل الفروق بين المديرين المتقاعدين والمعلمين المتقاعدين، والفروق بين المتقاعدين والمتقاعدات، أو الفروق في المستوى الوحدة النفسية حسب طبيعة النشاط بعد التقاعد، وكذلك الفروق في الوحدة النفسية حسب نوع التقاعد. - منهج الدراسة: إستخدمت الطالبة المنهج الوصفي الإستكشافي. - عينة الدراسة: تكونت عينة الدراسة الإستطلاعية من 31 مدير متقاعد، ومعلم متقاعد، وذلك للتحقق من صدق وثبات أداة الدراسة، بينما أحتوت العينة الأساسية للدراسة من 82 مدير متقاعد، معلم متقاعد. - أدوات الدراسة: قامت الطالبة بإعداد أداة الدراسة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تمثلت هذه الأداة في إستبانة للوحدة النفسية. - الأساليب الإحصائية لمعالجة بيانات الدراسة: ولمعالجة تساؤلات الدراسة أستخدمنا الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: 1- النسب المئوية والنسبة الحرجة. 2- إختبار ت للفرق بين عينتين غير متجانستين. - نتائج الدراسة: توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1- مستوى الوحدة النفسية لدى المتقاعدين في بعض بلديات ورقلة منخفض، كما أنه توجد هناك فروق دالة في الوحدة النفسية بين ذوي المستوى المرتفع في الوحدة النفسية، وذوي المستوى المنخفض في الوحدة النفسية. 2- لا توجد هناك فروق دالة في مستوى الوحدة النفسية بين المديرين المتقاعدين والمعلمين المتقاعدين. 3- توجد هناك فروق دالة في مستوى الوحدة النفسية بين المتقاعدين والمتقاعدات. 4- لا توجد هناك فروق دالة في مستوى الوحدة النفسية بين المتقاعدين الذين يزاولون نشاطا بعد التقاعد والذين لا يزاولون نشاط بعد التقاعد. 5- لا توجد هناك فروق دالة في مستوى الوحدة النفسية بين المتقاعدين الذين تقاعدوا تقاعدا مسبقا والذين تقاعدوا تقاعدا إجباريا. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوحدة النفسية، المديرين المتقاعدين، المعلمين المتقاعدين، المرحلة الإبتدائية.

The recent study aims to reveal of the level of the psychological unit of the retired directers and teachers of primary schools in some Ouargla towns. It also aimed to detect the presence of differences to some variables snch as the differences between the retired directors and headmasters, and the differences between the retired males and females, or the differences between the psychological unit according to the nature of activity after retivemment, and also the differences in the psychological unit according to the type of the activity. - The methrod of the study: The student used The descriptive explaratory method. - The survey of the study :the sample of the study contained 31 mixed retired directors, mixed retired directors teacher, and to verify the veracity and reliability of the study tool,while the principal stud, sample consisted of 82 mixed retired headmastes, and mixed retired teacher. - The study tools : the student prepared a study objectives, and the tool used was the psychological unit survey. - the statistics ways to treat the study data : for treating the study hypothesis we used the following statistics ways : - The percentage. - t tests between two samples. The study results : the study reached the following results : 1- the level of psychsological unit is low, and there are psychsological unit significant differenas between those with â high lêvel of psucholgical unit and low level of psucholgical unit. 2- there are no significant differences between the retired directors and retired teachress. 3- there are significant differences between the females and males retired . 4- there are no significant differences between the retirees who engaged in activity after retirement and who are not engaged in activity after retirement. 5- there are no significant differences between those retirees who have retied already a pensioners retirement and those who have retired a canpulsortily retirement. key words : the Psychological unit, retired headmasters, retired teachers, primary period
