مهارات الاتصال و علاقتها بالكفاءة الذاتية لدى مستشار التوجيه:دراسة ميدانية بمنطقة تقرت وورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوى كل من مهارات الاتصال والكفاءة الذاتية لدى عينة من مستشاري التوجيه، وكذا الكشف عن العلاقة بينهما ثم عن مدى الاختلاف في الكفاءة الذاتية باختلاف الجنس والمنطقة والمؤهل العلمي الأقدمية ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على أداتي ( مهارات الاتصال، الكفاءة الذاتية) وذلك بعد التأكد من خصائصها السيكومترية ، حيت تم تطبيقهما على عينة مكونة من(39) فردا حيت قدر معامل ثبات استبيان مهارات الاتصال باستخدام معامل ألفا كرونباخ بـــ (0.91) وتراوحت قيمة معامل الصدق باستخدام معامل الاتساق الداخلي بين (0.71 و 0.32) أما بالنسبة للاستبيان الثاني وهو الكفاءة الذاتية قدر معامل ثباته باستخدام معامل ألفا كرونباخ بـــ (0.81) وتراوحت قيمة معامل الصدق باستخدام معامل الاتساق الداخلي بين (0.79 و 0.33)، وبناء عليه طبقت الأداتين على عينة قوامها (42) مستشار ومستشارة بمنطقة ورقلة وتقرت –للموسم الدراسي 2015/2016 وباستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة في ( اختبار ت لعينة واحدة، معامل الارتباط سبيرمان ، اختبار ت لعينتين مستقلتين) تم الوصول إلى النتائج التالية : - مستوى مهارات الاتصال لدى المستشارين مرتفعًا. - مستوى الكفاءة الذاتية لدى المستشارين مرتفعًا. - لا توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين مهارات الاتصال والكفاءة الذاتية لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة. - لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الكفاءة الذاتية بين أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لعامل الجنس. - لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الكفاءة الذاتية بين أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لعامل المؤهل العلمي. - لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في الكفاءة الذاتية بين أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لعامل المنطقة.

The present study aims to reveal the level of each of the communication skills and self-efficiency among a sample of guidance Counselors. As well as to reveal the relationship between them. Also, it seeks to examine the sign of the differences in self-efficiency depending on: gender, region, academic qualification and seniority. Thus it was applied the two scales on a sample of 39 counselors; where the reliability coefficient of the communication skills scale by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was (0.91), And the value of validity coefficient by using internal consistency coefficient ranged between (0.71 and 0.32), As for the second scale - a self-efficacy - its reliability coefficient by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was (0.81), And its value of validity coefficient by using internal consistency coefficient ranged between (0.79 and 0.33), Accordingly applied scales on a sample of 42 counselors in the cities of Ouargla and Touggourt - for the school year 2015/2016, and by using appropriate statistical methods (one sample T test, Spearman correlation coefficient, two independent samples T test) has been reached the following results: - Guidance counselors have a high level of communication skills. - Guidance counselors have a high-level of Self-efficacy. -There is no statistically significant relationship between the self-efficacy and the communication skills among study sample. -There are no statistically significant differences in the self-efficacy among the study sample, depending on the difference of the gender. -There are no statistically significant differences in the self-efficacy among the study sample, depending on the difference of academic qualification. -There are no statistically significant differences in the self-efficacy among the study sample, depending on the difference of the region. -There are no statistically significant differences in the self-efficacy among the study sample, depending on the difference of the seniority. Then the interpretation of the results is based on the theoretical framework of previous studies on the subject.
