دور تكنولوجيا الاتصال في تفعيل العملية التعليمية دراسة حالة المعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني و التمهين (تقرت)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور تكنولوجيا الإتصال في تفعيل العملية التعليمية، من خلال دراسة عينة من أساتذة المعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني و التمهين بتقرت، و قد إعتمدنا على أداة الاستبيان و الملاحظة لجمع البيانات من المبحوثين، حيث تم تقسيم الإستمارة إلى ثلاثة محاور المحور الأول يتضمن دوافع إستخدم أساتذة المعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني و التمهين بتقرت لوسائل تكنولوجيا الإتصال في العملية التعليمية، و المحور الثاني يتضمن على أبرز الوسائل التكنولوجية المستخدمة من طرف أساتذة المعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني و التمهين بتقرت في العملية التعليمية، أما فيما يخص المحور الثالث يحتوي على تأثير إستخدام تكنولوجيا الإتصال في تفعيل العملية التعليمية من طرف أساتذة المعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني و التمهين بتقرت، و قد إعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه في التحليل على الجداول البسيطة و الجداول المركبة في محاولة منا في إكتشاف دور تكنولوجيا الإتصال في تفعيل العملية التعليمية لدى الأستاذ في المعهد، و قد توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن أغلب أساتذة المعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني و التمهين بتقرت يستخدمون تكنولوجيا الإتصال في العملية التعليمية، و يعتمدون في إستخدامهم لهذه التكنولوجيا على جهاز العرض المرئي، الحاسوب، الانترنيت، لكن وجدنا أن أغلب الأساتذة يعتمدون أكثرعلى جهاز العرض المرئي، و يفضلون إستخدام تكنولوجيا الإتصال بنسبة كبيرة في الأغلب في التواصل مع المتربصين لأنها سهلت من العملية التعليمية لديهم و زادت من تحسين أدائهم المهني بنسب متوسطة على العموم، و على الرغم من هذا كله إلا أن هناك صعوبات تواجههم في إستخدامها في المعهد منها العراقيل الإدارية بنسبة كبيرة و منها أيضا صعوبة الإستخدام، التفاعل، الإقتناء، لكن نحن نرى أن بالإستخدام الدائم لهذه التكنولوجيا تتلاشى هذه الصعوبات من طرف الأساتذة و من طرف المتربصين.

This study aims to reveal the role of communication technology in the activation of the educational process, through a sample of professors specializing National Institute on vocational training and apprenticeship 'fans in Touggourt study, and have adopted the questionnaire tool and observation to collect data from respondents, where the questionnaire was divided into three axes the first axis includes the motives of use professors specialist of the National Institute on vocational training and apprenticeship 'fans in Touggourt means of communication technology in the educational process, and the second axis that includes the most prominent technological means used by the professors who specializes in vocational training, the National Institute and apprenticeship' fans in Touggourt in the educational process, regarding the third axis contain the impact of the use of communication technology in the activation of the educational process by professors specializing in vocational training and apprenticeship 'fans in Touggourt National Institute, and has been adopted in this study in the analysis simple and complex tables to try us in the discovery of the role of communication technology in the activation of the educational process when a professor at the Institute, and has reached a set of results including: that most of the professors of the National Institute specializes in vocational training and apprenticeship 'fans in Touggourt use communication technology in the educational process, and rely on their use of this technology on a visual display, computer, the Internet, but we found that most teachers rely Oktheraly a visual display, and prefer to use communication technology by a large margin mostly in communication with predators because they facilitated the educational process they have and increased to improve their professional performance ratios medium on the whole, and in spite of all this, however, there are difficulties they face in use at the institute, including administrative obstacles and a large proportion of which are also difficult to use, interactivity, acquisition, but we see that the permanent use of the technology fade these difficulties by professors and critics of the party.
