تقييم الأداء المالي للبنوك التجارية دراسة مقارنة بين البنك الوطني الجزائري وبنك الخليج الجزائر(2009-2014)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم أداء المالي لعينة من البنوك التجارية الجزائرية خلال الفترة(2009- 2014) من خلال استعراض لنموذج العائد على حقوق الملكية كنموذج تحليلي لتقييم العلاقة بين الربحية والمخاطرة، حيث قمنا بالمقارنة بين البنك الوطني الجزائري، والبنك خليج الجزائر. حيث توصلنا في الأخير إلى أن نتائج متباينة بين البنكين، حيث تحقق البنوك الأجنبية عائدا أكبر من البنوك الوطنية بينما تحقق البنوك الوطنية معدل مخاطرة أقل من البنوك الأجنبية. وبناء على ما توصلنا إليه من نتائج، نقترح على البنوك زيادة التأمين على الودائع، زيادة التحكم والتسيير الجيد للأصول والتسيير الجيد للتكاليف و الارتقاء بالعنصر البشري ذو كفاءة في المصارف لأنه يعتبر عنصر مهم جدا في تطوير الأداء لدى البنوك، استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية في تقييم أداءها،ومقارنة البنوك الجزائرية بالبنوك الأجنبية أخرى .

This study aims to evaluate the financial performance of a sample of Algerian commercial banks during the period of time( 2009 –2014)though review of the model ROEas an analysimodel to evaluate the relationship between profitability and risk ,here we compared between the national bank of Algeria and golf Algeria bank . Our finding showed differentresults ; the foreign bank obtained profit much more than the national bank . On the other hand , the national banks risk was less . According to our result, we suggest the betterment of the deposit insurance, good management of assets and costs as well as Improving adaptability, of employees in bank because it is considerd very Important to develop the banks perforimance, the use of statistical method in the evaluations and the comparison between the Algerian bank and the otherforing banks.
