Abstract

The school represents an important issue in the work of Bachir Al Ibrahimi; it is not only an essential tool for protecting society from many social problems such as illiteracy, poverty and illnesses, but it is as well a source of development and progress for any society. The role of the school cannot be completed without the presence of the teacher, who is competent and loyal, and ready to sacrify for his society.
