البرامج التلفزيونية و الإدماج الاجتماعي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من وجهة نظرهم دراسة ميدانية على عينة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بولاية –ورقلة-

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور البرامج التلفزيونية في عملية إدماج ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من وجهة نظرهم ، ومنه كانت التركيز على الإجابة على التساؤل التالي : "هل للبرامج التلفزيونية دور في الإدماج الاجتماعي للفئات الخاصة من وجهة نظر الفئات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ؟" استخدم المنهج الوصفي و أجريت الدراسة على عينة تكونت من 53. مفردة من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: من خلال النتائج المتحصل عليها تبين أن ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة يتابعون البرامج التلفزيونية بشكل مستمر وخاصة البرامج الترفيهية و المتنوعة حيث احتل هذا النوع من البرامج نسبة قدرت بـ24,5 % وهذا إن دل يدل على أنها أصبحت تلقى اهتمام كبير بنسبة لأفراد العينة ،وهذا لا يمنعهم من متابعة برامج أخرى لا تقل أهمية عن البرامج الترفيهية و المتنوعة مثل البرامج الدينية و السياسية وغيرها. كما بينت نتائج الدراسة أن أغلبية أفراد العينة يتابعون البرامج التلفزيونية من اجل الاكتشاف و المعرفة وتليها تمضية وقت الفراغ. يرى أفراد العينة ان برامج تلفزيونية مناسبة لهم ، و أن أغلبية أفراد العينة أن البرامج التلفزيونية المتخصصة تكون أحيانا ملائمة لإعاقتهم، وتساعدهم على بناء علاقات اجتماعية ، من طرق لتسهيل التعايش وحالتهم (إعاقتهم)،وأنهم يطبقون بعض ما تقدمه تلك البرامج التلفزيونية.

this study aimed to identify the role of television programmes in the integration of people with special needs from their point of view, it was a focus on answering the following question: "Do television shows have a role in social integration of special groups from the viewpoint of special needs groups? " The researchers use the descriptive way and they make a study to samples of 53 individuals with special needs. The study found the following results: Through the results we have ,it shows that the special needs groups are pursuing tv shows constantly and especially various entertainment programs where this type of program is about 24.5% and it demonstrates that it received a great attention by the respondents, but this does not prevent them from pursuing other programmes equally important programmes on various entertainment programs such as religious, political and other programs. The results of the study also showed that a majority of respondents watching tv programs for the discovery ,knowledge ,and spending free time. They felt that television programmes appropriate for them, and it sometimes appropriate to their disability to help them to build social relations, ways to facilitate their coexistence and status (disability), also they're doing some of what those tv shows.
