اتجاهات أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية نحو مهنة تدريس في ضوء متغيرات (الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية نحو مهنة تدريس حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية ومعرفة إذا ما كانت هناك فروق في تلك الاتجاهات تعزى لمتغير الخبرة ومتغير المؤهل العلمي، وأستخدم الطالب المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية الذين يُدرسون في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط والبالغ عددهم (50) أستاذ ، وأعتمد الطالب على مقياس من إعداد عنايات زكي يوسف ويشتمل على 37 عبارة مقسمة على خمس محاور (النظرة الشخصية نحو المهنة ، النظرة إلى السمات الشخصية للمدرس ،تقييم المدرس الشخصي لقدراته المهنية ، مستقبل المهنة ، نظرة المجتمع نحو المهنة)، وتم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية التالية، المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الارتباط (R) بيرسون، ومعامل الاتساق الداخلي ألفا كرومباخ، و أسلوب تحليل التباين الأحادي، وتوصل الطالب إلى وجود اتجاهات ايجابية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية نحو مهنة تدريس حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات الأساتذة تعزى لمتغير الخبرة .ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات الأساتذة تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي .

The study aimed to identify the trends of physical and athletic teachers towards the teaching the session of physical education and sports and know whether there are differences in those trends due to the variables of both the experience and the scientific qualification as well. The student has used the analytical descriptive method to verify study hypotheses. The study sample consists of (50) teachers of physical and sports education who are teaching in the middle school. The student relied on a questionnaire prepared by Zaki Yusuf's and it includes 37 expressions divided into five axes (personal view Towards the profession, the look at the personal characteristics of the teacher, teacher 's personal assessment of his professional abilities, the future of the profession, the community's view towards profession), the following statistical methods have been used: arithmetic mean, standard deviation, correlation coefficient (R) Pearson, and internal consistency coefficient alpha Krombakh, the method of analyzing unilateralism .The student has found positive trends in physical education teachers towards teaching the session of physical and athletic education, and there are no statistically significant differences in professors ' attitudes due to the variable of experience. There are no significant differences Statistical trends in professors are due to the scientific qualification variable.
