الهوية المهنية لدى بعض أساتذة جلمعة قاصدس مرباح دراسة ميدانية قاصدي مرباح ورقلة .

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مستوى الهوية المهنية لدى أساتذة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، ببعض الكليات بالقطب الجامعي رقم 03، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (85) أستاذ. وتم إختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الميسرة داخل الجامعة، وقد أجابوا على مقياس الهوية المهنية للأساتذة، وللإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة أستخدمت المتوسطات الحسابية، والإنحرافات المعيارية، وإختبار " ت " لعينتية مستقلتين، وتحليل التباين الأحادي. ومنه تم التوصل إلى أمستوى الهوية المهنية لدى أساتذة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة مرتفع على المقياس للأداة وعلى كل أبعاده: التعليم والتعلم، نمو الطلبة، التطوير الجامعي، العلاقات والخدمات الإجتماعية، النمو المهني، كما أظهرت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الهوية المهنية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير السن، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية.

This study aims at identitef the occupation identity level for teacher in some faculties in the pole 03 at kasdi m erbah university ouargla, The sampl of the study contained 85 male and femal teacher. They Were selected with the simpl random sampling in the Unversity. They answered on the teacher's scale of the occupqtional identity , To answer The researech question, This study employ meadians statistics, et Std- Devation,T test independent Samples test, et One way anova. Thus,ithas been achieved thas the occupational identity level for teachers of kasdi merbah University Ouargla was high on the tool and on all its dimension teaching and learning, students development, Universty development. The results also showed that there are no differences of a statistical significance in the occupational identity that are related to thesex, age, or seniority variable: - key terms identity de travail?
