جودة الحياة لدى المتقاعدين دراسة استكشافية على عينة من المتقاعدين غير الأجراء بمدينة ورقلــــــــــة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى جودة الحياة لدى المتقاعدين غير الاجراء في الصندوق الوطني للضمان الاجتماعي لغير الأجراء (CASNOS ) بورقلة معتمدين المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي وذلك من خلال استجابتهم على مقاييس جودة الحياة الذي أعدته ( كريمة لكحل 2014 ) على عينة قوامها (200) متقاعد ومتقاعدة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية طبقية فرضيات الدراسة : - نتوقع أن يكون مستوى جودة الحياة لدى المتقاعدين منخفضا. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المتقاعدين غير الأجراء في جودة الحياة تعزى لمتغير الجنس - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المتقاعدين غير الأجراء في جودة الحياة تعزى لمتغير النشاط - وبعد جمع البيانات وتبويبها تم استخدام النسب المئوية و واختبار ـــــ ت ـــــ لدراسة الفروق ، والاستعانة بالحزمة الإحصائية ( spss 19 ) فكانت النتائج على النحو التالي : - وجود مستوى مرتفع في جودة الحياة لدى المتقاعدين غير الأجراء . - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جودة الحياة لدى المتقاعدين غير الأجراء تعزى لمتغير الجنس - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في جودة الحياة لدى المتقاعدين غير الأجراء تعزى لمتغير النشاط

This study intends to highlight the quality of the standard of living of retired self-employed insured at security fund ‘’CASNOS’’ of Ouargla, undergoing, for such purpose, the descriptive and exploring method. Some 200 cases, retired of both sexes, were questioned on the basis of criteria predefined by Karima Lekehal. Hence, the survey bases on such hypothesis: • Quality of life of non-salaried pensioners may be lower. • Relevant inequalities in the standard of living of retired non-wage-earners between man and woman. • Relevant inequalities in the standard of living of non-salaried pensioners related to the difference in activities. After collecting and ranking the data, the percentage and use of the Pearson ratio factor was examined through the analysis of inequalities using the statistical model (Spss19) which yielded the following results:
