أثر البيئة المادية لرياض الأطفال في رضا الزبائن (من وجهة نظر الأولياء) دراسة عينة من مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بمدينة ورقلة

Abstract

تناولنا في هذه الدراسة مفهوم البيئة المادية في رياض الأطفال, وحاولنا توضيح تأثيره على رضا الزبون في هذه المؤسسات, ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم توزيع استبانة مكونة من 31, أما مجتمع الدراسة فتمثل في جميع الأولياء المنتسبين لمؤسسات رياض الأطفال بورقلة, حيث تم اختيار منهم عينة ميسرة شملت 110 مفردة وبعد جمع البيانات تم تحليلها باستخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة, وذلك بالاستعانة ببرنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS.20, حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى : وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين عناصر البيئة المادية ورضا الزبون في مؤسسات رياض الأطفال.

We dealt with in this study, the concept of the physical evidence in kindergartens and we tried to clarify its impact on customer satisfaction in these institutions. And in order to achieve the objectives of the study were distributed a questionnaire consisting of 31 items, and the study population represents all the saints associate kindergarten in Ouargla, where was selected them soft sample included 116 single evenly distributed on the institutions under the study, after the collection of data analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences SPSS version 20, were the study found that : the presence of a statistically significant relationship between physical evidence in kindergartens institution.
