واقع التعليم الإلكتروني في الجامعة ورقلة دراسة ميدانية على طلبة قسم الإعلام والاتصال جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

بناءا على ما سبق تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع التعليم الإلكتروني ومنافسته للتعليم التقليدي في الجامعة الجزائرية من خلال تحليل الظروف التي يمر بها هذا الأخير والآليات والتدابير المنتهجة في الجامعة للاستفادة من وسائله وأساليبه، وكذا الوقوف على أهم التحديات والمشاكل التي تحول دون إرساء قواعده وتحقيق أهدافه، لذلك فقد استندت الدراسة على كل من البنائية الوظيفية للدراسات الإجتماعية كمدخل تنظيري لها إضافة إلى نظرية الإستخدامات والإشباعات ونظرية إنتشار المبتكرات كخلفية فكرية لتحليل الظاهرة المدروسة ألا وهي التعليم الإلكتروني. كما وقد إستخدمت هذه الدراسة من جملة مناهج البحث العلمي منهج المسح الشامل وأدواته في جمع البيانات وهي إستمارة الإستبيان التي ضمت محاور متعلقة مباشرة بتساؤلات البحث. وبخصوص مجتمع بحث هذه الدراسة فضم طلبة السنة الثانية ماستر إعلام وإتصال تخصص تكنولوجيا الإتصال الحديثة، بحيث طبق عليه أسلوب المسح الشامل لكل مفرداته للوصول إلى نتائج أعم وأشمل. وبعد البحث في الموضوع وإتباع خطواته المنهجية والأمبريقة خلصت هذه الدراسة لجملة من النتائج أبرزها أن التعليم الالكتروني بات من أولويات الجامعة الجزائرية، لأنه يلقى إقبالا معتبرا من قبل الطلبة الذين يسعون جاهدين لمسايرة تطور وسائله وأساليبه والاستفادة منها، ومن بين النتائج الهامة أيضا أن التعليم الإلكتروني في الجامعة الجزائرية رغم منافسته الشديدة للتعليم التقليدي لكنه يعيش مشاكل جمة على غرار ضعف البنية التحتية والتجهيزات التكنولوجية، وكذا ونقص الكادر البشري خاصة المتخصصين والمكونين فيه.

Based on the above, this study seeks to know the reality of e-learning and its competition for traditional education at the Algerian University by analyzing the conditions under which the latter is going through and the mechanisms and measures adopted by the university to benefit from its methods and methods, as well as to identify the most important challenges and problems that prevent the establishment of its bases and achieving its objectives . Therefore, the study was based on the functional structure of social studies as a theoretical input in addition to the theory of uses and saturation and the theory of the spread of innovations as an intellectual background to analyze the phenomenon studied, namely e-learning. The study also used the comprehensive survey methodology and its tools in data collection, which is a questionnaire form that includes topics related directly to research questions. As for the research community, the second year students included a master of communication and communication in the field of modern communication technology, applying the method of comprehensive survey of all its vocabulary to reach more general and comprehensive results. After studying the subject and following its methodological and empirical steps, this study concluded for a number of results, the most important of which is that e-learning has become a priority of the Algerian University because it is well received by students who are striving to keep pace with the development of its methods and methods. The Algerian University, despite its fierce competition for traditional education, but is experiencing great problems such as weak infrastructure and technological equipment, as well as lack of human cadres, especially specialists and constituents.
