Abstract

في هذه الدراسة حاولنا إبراز واقع التدقيق الداخلي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية على ضوء معايير التدقيق، حيث أخدنا كدراسة حالة مؤسسة ميناء سكيكدة ، لنتمكن من تحقيق أهداف الدراسة واختبار صحة الفرضيات معتمدين في ذلك على بعض الأدوات المتمثلة في المقابلة الشخصية مع مدير التدقيق الداخلي، وتوزيع استبيان على موظفي المؤسسة . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التدقيق الداخلي وظيفة إدارية هامة، يقوم بها شخص أو مجموعة من الأشخاص على درجة عالية من الاستقلالية و التأهيل العلمي، حيث يكونون على دراية كافية بمعايير التدقيق الداخلي، ليتمكنوا من مد الإدارة بالمعلومات الكاملة حول نتائج تقدير المخاطر وتقييم الأداء، ليتم اتخاذها كأساس لضمان الدعم لعملية المفاضلة بين البدائل المتاحة أمام تحسين أداء المؤسسة، وبالتالي المساعدة في بلوغ الأهداف المسطرة بأقل تكلفة ممكنة وفي اقصر وقت

.In this study, we tried to highlight the reality of the internal audit in the Algerian economic firms in the light of the auditing standards. As a case study, we presented the case study of the port of Skikda to enable us to achieve the objectives of the study and test the validity of the hypotheses based on some of the tools. The study concluded that internal auditing is an important administrative function carried out by a person or group of persons with a high degree of independence and scientific qualification, where they are sufficiently familiar with the standards imposed by the internal audit profession, For full information on the results of risk assessment and performance evaluation, to be used as a basis to ensure the accuracy and support of the process of trade-off between alternatives to improve the performance of the institution, and thus help achieve the objectives set at the lowest cost possible in the shortest time.
