Abstract

يتمحور موضوع الدراسة حول المعالجة الإعلامية لأزمة الأقلية المسلمة الروهينجا في الفترة الممتدة من أكتوبر 2017 إلى فيفري 2018 بنسبة للإطار المنهجي ومن مارس 2018 إلى ماي 2018 للإطار التطبيقي. كما كانت الإشكالية: كيف كانت المعالجة الإعلامية لأزمة الأقلية المسلمة الروهينجا في كل من القنوات التلفزيونية: الجزيرة ،صفا،LTC،france24 ؟ وتتفرع عن الإشكالية مجموع تساؤلات فرعية هي: 1. كيف تمت المعالجة الإعلامية لازمة أقلية الروهينجا من ناحية الشكل؟ - ما هي القوالب الفنية المستخدمة في المعالجة الإعلامية لأزمة أقلية مسلمي الروهينجا؟ - ما هي اللغة المستخدمة في المعالجة الإعلامية لأزمة الأقلية المسلمة الروهينجا؟ - ما هي نوعية الإخراج الفني وعناصر الإبراز المستخدمة في المعالجة الإعلامية لأزمة الأقلية المسلمة الروهينجا؟ 2. كيف كانت المعالجة الإعلامية لأزمة الروهينجا من ناحية المضمون؟ - ماهي أهم الموضوعات والقضايا التي ركزت عليها القنوات التلفزيونية في معالجتها لأزمة الروهينجا؟ - من هي الأطراف الفاعلة التي ركزت عليها القنوات التلفزيونية في معالجتها لأزمة الروهينجا؟ - ماهي أهم الأطر المرجعية المختلفة التي اعتمدت عليها القنوات التلفزيونية في معالجتها لأزمة الروهينجا؟ - ماهي أهداف القنوات التلفزيونية من المعالجة الإعلامية لأزمة الروهينجا؟ واعتمدنا على المنهج المسحي والعينة القصدية في اختيارنا للبرامج على موقع اليوتيوب كما اعتمدنا أداة تحليل المضمون حيث تم تصميم الاستمارة للكشف عن طبيعة هذه المعالجة شكلا ومضمونا . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : بأن القوالب الفنية المعتمدة في قنوات محل الدراسة الريبورتاج وذلك من خلال رصده لحيثيات الأزمة وتقديم عمل مبني على حقائق واقعية. أما من حيث اللغة المستخدمة نستنتج بأن اللغة العربية الفصحى اعتمدت في جل القنوات بهدف تسهيل الفهم ولتوافقها مع العمل الإعلامي . بأن القنوات ركزت بشكل كبير على موضوع الكشف عن الجرائم وحجم المعانات وذلك من خلال ذكر مجموعة من التصريحات لفضح حكومة بورما مع التركيز أيضا على المصادر الداخلية والمصادر الخارجية الرسمية بنسبة متساوية في جمع المعلومات . بحيث نستنتج أن موقف مجلس الأمن الدولي كان محايدا في موقفه في جل قنوات الدراسة. أما بنسبة لمساعي المجتمع الدولي فكان تقاعس هيئة الأمم المتحدة في الصدارة ودليل ذلك تقاعسها على الأزمات الطارئة. وأفرزت النتائج أن الإطار المرجعي أكثر اهتماما الإطار الإنساني وذلك لتوضيح المعاملات للإنسانية التي يمارسها جيش البورمي وحكومة بورما ضد الأقلية المسلمة الروهينجا.

The theme of the study on the media treatment of the Muslim Rohingya crisis in the period from December 2017 to February 2018 is centered on the methodological framework and from March 2018 to May 2018 for the applied framework. It was also problematic: How was the media treatment of the Muslim Rohingya minority crisis in each of the television channels: Al Jazeera, Safa, LTC, france24? The problem is divided by a number of sub-questions: How was the media treatment of the Rohingya minority problem in terms of form? - What are the technical templates used in the media treatment of the crisis of the Rohingya Muslim minority? - What language is used in the media treatment of the Muslim Rohingya crisis? - What is the quality of the artistic output and highlighting elements used in the media treatment of the Muslim Rohingya crisis? 2. How was the media treatment of the Rohingya crisis in terms of content? - What are the main topics and issues that television channels focused on in dealing with the Rohingya crisis? - Who are the actors that television channels focused on in dealing with the Rohingya crisis? - What are the most important reference frames on which the TV channels relied on to deal with the Rohingya crisis? - What are the goals of television channels from the media treatment of the Rohingya crisis? We relied on the survey method and the sample in our selection of programs on the YouTube site We also adopted the Content Analysis Tool, which was designed to reveal the nature of this treatment in form and content. The study found the following results: That the technical templates adopted in the channels of study reportage by monitoring the sources of the crisis and provide work based on factual facts. In terms of the language used, we conclude that classical Arabic has been adopted in most channels in order to facilitate understanding and compatibility with media work. That the channels focused heavily on the subject of the detection of crimes and the magnitude of the suffering by citing a series of statements to expose the Government of Burma with an emphasis also on internal sources and official external sources with equal share in the collection of information. So that we conclude that the position of the UN Security Council was neutral in its position in most channels of study. As for the efforts of the international community, the United Nations was in the lead, and this is evidenced by its failure in emergency crises. The results show that the frame of reference is more concerned with the humanitarian framework to illustrate the inhumane practices of the Burmese Army and the Government of Burma against the Rohingya Muslim minority.
