أثر فاعلية برنامج قائم على تحليل السلوك التطبيقي في تعديل السلوك لدى إضطراب طيف التوحد دراسة ميدانية بعيادة بسمة –ورقلة-

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على أثر فاعلية البرنامج القائم على تحليل السلوك التطبيقي لتعديل السلوك لدى عينة من أطفال إضطراب طيف التوحد وذلك من خلال طرح التساؤلات التالية: -هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات القياس القبلي ودرجات القياس البعدي لدى عينة الدراسة على إختبار PEP-3 بعد تطبيق البرنامج؟. -هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات القياس القبلي ودرجات القياس البعدي لدى عينة الدراسة على إختبار CARS-2 بعد تطبيق البرنامج؟. -هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات القياس القبلي ودرجات القياس البعدي لدى عينة الدراسة على مقياس السلوك النمطي بعد تطبيق البرنامج؟. -هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات القياس القبلي ودرجات القياس البعدي لدى عينة الدراسة على بطاقة ملاحظة المهارات بعد تطبيق البرنامج؟. -هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجات القياس القبلي ودرجات القياس البعدي لدى عينة الدراسة على بطاقة تقدير السلوك وفق الخط القاعدي بعد تطبيق البرنامج؟. وللإجابة عن هذه التساؤلات تم الإعتماد على المنهج المختلط اي التناول التكاملي والمنهج التجريبي ذات التصميم المجموعة الواحدة وإستنادا الى مجموعة من المقاييس والإختبارات ومنها إختبار الملف النفستربوي الإصدا الثالث ،ـترجمة صلاح نبيل حمدان2007 ،المقياس2 CARS- الذي أعده سكوبلر النسخة الإلكتروني 2017 ومقياس السلوك النمطي مصطفى الأقرع راغب 2017،وبطاقة ملاحظة المهارات ترجمة الزارع نايف بن عابد 2015، وبطاقة تقدير السلوك وفق الخط القاعدي. وبعد التأكد من صلاحية هذه الإختبارات وفقا لإجراءات الدراسة الإستطلاعية وخصائصها السيكومترية تم تطبيقها في الدراسة الأساسية على عينة مكونه من (10) اطفال تتراوح أعمارهم بين 3 و 8 سنوات شخصوا بإضطراب طيف التوحد في عيادة بسمة للصحة النفسية منذ سنة عللى الاقل وتم إختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية خلال الموسم الدراسي 2017/2018 ولمعالجة البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيا تم إستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية الإجتماعية (SPSS.v21 ) وقد أسفرت النتائج على مايلي: - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي لإختبار PEP-3 لدى عينة الدراسة وبعد تطبيق البرنامج لصالح القياس البعدي. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي مقياس CARS-2لدى عينة الدراسة وبعد تطبيق البرنامج لصالح القياس البعدي. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي مقياس السلوك النمطي لدى عينة الدراسة وبعد تطبيق البرنامج لصالح القياس البعدي. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي بطاقة ملاحظة المهارات لدى عينة الدراسة وبعد تطبيق البرنامج لصالح القياس البعدي. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي بطاقة تقديرالسلوك وفق الخط القاعدي لدى عينة الدراسة وبعد تطبيق البرنامج لصالح القياس البعدي. وتمت مناقشة وتفسير هذه النتائج وفقًا للتراث الفكري وأدبيات الموضوع .

The present study aims at identifying the effect of the program based on behavioral behavior analysis of a sample of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder by asking the following questions: - Are there any statistically significant differences between the pre-measurement and post-measurement scores in the study sample on PEP-3 after application of the program? - Are there statistically significant differences between the pre-measurement and post-measurement scores in the study sample on CARS-2 after application of the program? - Are there statistically significant differences between the levels of tribal measurement and the post-measurement scores in the study sample on the standard behavior scale after application of the program ?. - Are there statistically significant differences between the scores of the tribal measurement and the post-measurement scores in the study sample on the skills note card after applying the program ?. - Are there any statistically significant differences between the tribal measurement scores and the post-measurement scores in the study sample on the behavior assessment card according to the baseline after applying the program ?. In order to answer these questions, we have relied on the mixed approach ie the integrated approach and the experimental approach with a single set of design and based on a set of standards and tests, including the test of the third Nafstreboy file, translated by Salah Nabil Hamdan 2007, the scale 2 CARS- prepared by Scoopler 2017 And the standard measure of behavior Mustafa Al-Aqra Ragheb 2017, and note card skills translation Naser bin Abid 2015, and the card to assess the behavior according to the baseline. After checking the validity of these tests according to the procedures of the exploratory study and its psychometric characteristics, they were applied in the basic study on a sample of (10) children between the ages of 3 and 8 years who were diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder at Basma Mental Health Clinic at least one year ago. The academic year 2017/2018 The Statistical Data Package (SPSS.v21) was used for data processing and analysis. The results were as follows: - There were statistically significant differences between the tribal and remote measurements of the PEP-3 test in the study sample and after the application of the program for the benefit of post-measurement. - There were statistically significant differences between the tribal and remote measurements of the CARS-2 scale in the study sample and after the application of the program for the benefit of telemetry. - There are statistically significant differences between the tribal and remote measurements of the standard behavior in the sample of the study and after the application of the program in favor of telemetry. - There are statistically significant differences between the tribal and remote measurements of the skills note in the sample of the study and after the application of the program for the benefit of telemetry. - There are statistically significant differences between the tribal and remote measurements of the behavior assessment according to the baseline in the sample of the study and after the application of the program for the benefit of telemetry. These findings were discussed and interpreted according to the intellectual heritage and the literature of the subject.
