Abstract: Petroleum is a generous source of chemical whose characterization and very important in the petroleum industry, so the laboratory tests can not characterize all the samples so to improve the prediction of the properties of petroleum fluids it is necessary to use methods numerical equations (the equations of states). The objective of this study is to represent and determine the volumetric characteristics of this crude and the changes of state that affect it during its movement in the reservoir and up to the surface production facilities and also to locate and to analyze the problem of the formation of asphaltenes deposits in the BRA-01 well by the use of state equation models implemented on the two PVTpackage software (PVTP), Pipesim.. From our study we found that Peng Robinson's equation of states is the most suitable for modeling and characterization of fluids presented at the BHIRET AISSA field and they achieved only the best deposit formation control of asphaltenes by numerical simulation of the conditions of formation of deposits in the reservoir.
