Abstract: This study aims to revealing the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational trust in Kahrif foundation. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher designed Questionnaire of (58) terms In order to collect preliminary information from the sample of the study, In light of that, the information was collected and analysed and then testing the hypothesis of this study through the use of statistical package for social sciences (spss) version 20, Where the sample of the study consisted of (80) workers at the Kahrif foundation. To achieve the objectives of the study and test its hypotheses, many statistical methods were used. The study has reached several conclusions, the most important of which are: There is an average level of ethical leadership in the Kahrif Foundation, Trust in colleagues is the dominant dimension in the Kahrif foundation, There is a statistically significant relationship between moral leadership and organizational trust in the Kahrif foundation, There are no statistically significant differences in organizational trust attributed to demographic variables (gender, education level, years of experience) except the age variable.
