مستوى التدريس الإبداعي لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في الطور المتوسط

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة درجة استخدام أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية لطرق التدريس الإبداعي في حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية، وقد تحددت الدراسة الحالية بالمنهج الوصفي، أما العينة فكان من المفروض أن تكون عشوائية تشمل أستاذة التعليم المتوسط للتربة البدنية والرياضية وعددها 20 لكن للأسف بسبب الظروف التي تعيشها البلاد والعالم بأسره إثر تفشي جائحة كورونا وغلق المؤسسات التربوية لم نتمكن من القيام بالدراسة الميدانية وتوزيع الاستبيان، لذلك اقتصرت الدراسة على المقارنة النظرية وذلك بالتطرق إلى مختلف النظريات التعليمية التعلمية ونظريات الإبداع من أجل التوصل إلى إجابات لفرضيات الدراسة ومنه كانت النتائج كالتالي : • هناك درجة متوسطة في استخدام أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية لطرق التدريس الإبداعي في بناء الأهداف التربوية. • يمكن لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية ترجمة التدريس الإبداعي في تطبيق الأهداف ميدانيا. • يؤثر التدريس الإبداعي إيجابا على معايير النجاح في تحقيق الأهداف التربوية في عملية التقويم. • يمكن لأستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية التغلب على العراقيل التي تقف في وجه عملية التدريس الإبداعي في حصة التربية البدنية.

The study aimed to know the degree of using creative teaching methods by physical education and sports teachers during class. A sample of 20 teachers was supposed to be chosen randomly from middle school teachers in Ghardaia. The study followed the descriptive method. But unfortunately due to the circumstances that the country and the whole world are living in because of corona pandemic which led to the closure of all educational institutions, we were unable to conduct the field study. Therefore, the study was limited to the theoretical approach in order to find answers to the study hypotheses. Accordingly, the results were as follows: 1- There is an intermediate degree of using creative teaching methods by physical education and sports teachers during class in setting educational objectives. 2- Physical education and sports teachers can translate creative teaching in applying objectives in the field. 3-Creative teaching positively affects the criteria for success in achieving educational objectives in the evaluation process. 4- Physical education and sport teachers can overcome obstacles that stand in the way of creative teaching process during the class.
