Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع "المناعة النفسية وعلاقتها بالدعم الأسري لدى النساء العاملات" باعتبار هذين المتغيرين من مواضيع علم النفس والتي شغلت إهتمام العديد من الباحثين في علم النفس الإيجابي، وذلك بحكم أن موضوع المناعة النفسية وجودة الحياة أو جودة الصحة النفسية في السنوات الأخيرة بؤرة تركيز الكثير من البحوث والدراسات، الذي يساهم في تحسين الحياة النفسية واجتماعية للفرد فجاءت الدراسة الحالية جامعة بين ما هو نظري تطلب تقديم صورة واضحة ومفهوم مبسط من خلال التعمق أكثر في ماهية المناعة النفسية والدعم الاسري، وما هو إجرائي تمثل في اختيار حالتين، الأولى تبلغ من العمر 41 سنة الأولى من القطاع العمومي مديرية النشاط الإجتماعي والتضامن والحالة الثانية تبلغ من العمر 39 سنة من القطاع الخاص شركة سونلغاز بولاية ورقلة. تم اختيارهما بطريقة قصدية نظرا لضرورة توفر شروط معينة تخدم الدراسة الحالية، وقد تم استخدام منهج الحالة المنفردة (المنهج العيادي) المتمثل في دراسة الحالة، المقابلات العيادية، الملاحظة الإكلينيكية وكذا مقياس المناعة النفسية لأولاه 2012 ومقياس المساندة الإجتماعية لفوكس 1982 ترجمة عزت عبد الحميد 1996 اللذان تم تطبيقهما على الحالتين، بالإضافة إلى مجموعة من التقنيات السلوكية المعرفية التي تعمل على فحص محتوى التفكير والتعرف والتعامل مع الأفكار السلبية، والتشوهات المعرفية وأخطأ التفكير. وعليه وعلى غرار ما سبق هل يمكن أن تكون للمناعة النفسية علاقة بالدعم الأسري؟ فاستنادا من الإطار النظري للدراسة وكدا الدراسات السابقة, يمكن صياغة مشكلة الدراسة الحالية في التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: • هل توجد علاقة بين المناعة النفسية والمساندة الاسرية لدى النساء العاملات بالقطاع العمومي مديرية النشاط الاجتماعي والتضامن مصلحة العائلة والتلاحم الاجتماعي والطفولة والشبيبة والنساء العاملات بالقطاع الاقتصادي شركة سونلغاز مصلحة طب العمل بولاية ورقلة؟ ويتفرع من هذا التساؤل الرئيسي تساؤلات جزئية: 1- كيف تكون المناعة النفسية لدى النساء العاملات بالقطاع العمومي مديرية النشاط الاجتماعي والتضامن مصلحة العائلة والتلاحم الاجتماعي والطفولة والشبيبة وكيف تكون لدى النساء العاملات بالقطاع الاقتصادي شركة سونلغاز مصلحة طب العمل بولاية ورقلة؟ 2- بماذا يتسم الدعم الأسري لدى النساء العاملات بالقطاع العمومي مديرية النشاط الاجتماعي والتضامن مصلحة العائلة والتلاحم الاجتماعي والطفولة والشبيبة وبماذا يتسم لدى النساء العاملات بالقطاع الاقتصادي شركة سونلغاز مصلحة طب العمل بولاية ورقلة؟

عند تحليل المعطيات التي تم الحصول عليها وتفسيرها كانت الإجابات عن تساؤلات الدراسة: • توجد علاقة بين المناعة النفسية والمساندة الاسرية لدى النساء العاملات بالقطاع العمومي مديرية النشاط الاجتماعي والتضامن مصلحة العائلة والتلاحم الاجتماعي والطفولة والشبيبة والنساء العاملات بالقطاع الاقتصادي شركة سونلغاز مصلحة طب العمل بولاية ورقلة. وتم التوصل إلى أنه: 1- تكون المناعة النفسية لدى النساء العاملات بالقطاع العمومي مديرية النشاط الاجتماعي والتضامن مصلحة العائلة والتلاحم الاجتماعي والطفولة والشبيبة ولدى النساء العاملات بالقطاع الاقتصادي شركة سونلغاز مصلحة طب العمل بولاية ورقلة منخفضة؟ 2- يتسم الدعم الأسري لدى النساء العاملات بالقطاع العمومي مديرية النشاط الاجتماعي والتضامن مصلحة العائلة والتلاحم الاجتماعي والطفولة والشبيبة ولدى النساء العاملات بالقطاع الاقتصادي شركة سونلغاز مصلحة طب العمل بولاية ورقلة بالمساعدة العاطفية؟ وبناءا على الفرضية المعتمدة توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن: المناعة النفسية لها علاقة بالدعم الاسري.

This study Traits the topic of "psychological immunity and its relationshipwith the family support among women workers " since these two variables ofpsychology, were interested by many researchers in positive psychology,because this topic of psychological immunity and the quality of life or qualityof mental health in recent years is the focus of many research and studies, whichcontributes to the improve the psychological and social life of the individual.The current study, regroups all what is theoretical,that'srequiredtoclearandtosimplify the concept by delving deeper into the nature of psychologicalimmunity and family support, and what was procedural in selecting two cases,the firstonehas 41 yearsoldfromthe public sector, the Directorate of SocialActivity and Solidarity, and the secondone,has39 years old from the privatesector, Sonelgaz, Ouer. They were selected in a deliberate way due to the needfor certain conditions to serve the current study, and the single case approach(clinical method) of case study, clinical interviews, clinical observation, as wellas the psychological immunology scale of olah2012 and the Social SupportScale of Fox 1982 translation ezzat Abdul Hamid 1996 applied to both cases, aswell as a set of cognitive behavioral techniques that examine the content ofthinking, identify and deal with negative thought, cognitive distortions andmisperceptions.As before, canrelationship ofpsychological immunityandafamilysupportbe done?According to the theoretical framework study and previous studies, the currentstudy problem can be formulatedsush afollowing main question: •Is there a relationship between psychological immunity and family supportamong women workerin the public sector, the Directorateof Social Activity,Solidarity, Family Welfare, Social Cohesion, Childhood, Youth and Womenworking in the economic sector, Sonlgaz, Department of Labor Medicine,Ouargla?The main question is partly a question:1-How can be the psychological immunity of women worker in both thepublic sector, the Directorate of Social Activity and Solidarity, the interestof the family, social cohesion, children and youth, and in the economicsector Sonelgaz ''Department of Labor Medicine of Ouargla''2 .-What is the family support of women worker characterized inboththepublic sector, the Directorate of Social Activity and Solidarity, the interests ofthe family, social cohesion, children and youth, and economic sector, TheSonelgaz Department of Labour Medicine,Ouargla? زThe following answers of the question have been got after analyzing of the data •There is a relationship between psychological immunity and family supportamong women worker in the public sector, the Directorate of Social Activity,Solidarity, Family Welfare, Social Cohesion, Childhood, Youth and WomenWorker in the Economic Sector, Sonlgaz Department of Labor Medicine,Ouargla.It was concluded that:1-The psychological immunity of women workeris low in the public sector, theDirectorate ofSocial Activity and Solidarity, the interest of the family, socialcohesion, children, youth and women worker in the economic sector, theCompany Sonlgaz, the department of labor medicine in the state of Ouargla,2 .Family support among women workerin the public sector, the Directorate ofSocial Activity and Solidarity, is characterized by the interest of family, socialcohesion, children and youth, and what is the experience of women workerinthe economic sector, The Sonelgaz Department of Labour Medicine in The StateofOuargla, with emotional assistance?Based on the hypothesis adopted, the results of the study concluded that:psychological immunity has to do with family support.Keywords:Psychological immunity, family support, women worker, economicsector, public sector.
