Abstract: The present study aimed at assessing the reliability and validity of the short version of the big-five personality factors The scale was administered to a sample consisting of 250 high level employees of an oil industry administration (LQS). The results indicated that The scale possesses an adequate level of validity and reliability. Such a satisfactory psychometric features of the measure suggest a potential generalizability of the scale
