التعليم الالكتروني في الجامعة الجزائرية " دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة الماستر قسم علوم الاعلام والاتصال بجامعة ورقلة "

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى التعليم الإلكتروني لدى عينة من طلبة الماستر بقسم علوم الاعلام والاتصال بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة. حيث انطلقت من تساؤل رئيسي مفاده ما مستوى التعليم الالكتروني من وجهة نظر طلبة الماستر علوم الاعلام والاتصال بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة؟. ولتحقيق ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاحصائي، وتطبيق استمارة استبيان تتكون من (25 فقرة) مقسمة على أربعة أبعاد الاول توفر متطلبات التعليم الالكتروني على مستوى جامعة ورقلة، والثاني توفر متطلبات التعليم الالكتروني لدى افراد العينة، والثالث تفاعل الطلبة افراد العينة مع نظام التعليم الالكتروني، أما الرابع معيقات التعليم الالكتروني، حيث بلغ معامل ثباتها (0.745) على عينة عشوائية قوامها (251 طالبا) استخدموا التعلم والتفاعل من خلال نظام التعليم الإلكتروني. وقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى التعليم الإلكتروني لدى افراد العينة بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة بشكل عام جاء متوسطا، تشاركت معه في ذلك ابعاد القياس الاخرى( المتطلبات- المعيقات) بينما جاء بعد تفاعل الطلبة مع التعليم الإلكترونيمرتفعا، وأظهرت أنه توجدعلاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05 بين بعدي المعيقات والتفاعل فقط ولا توجد بين الابعاد الاخرى للدراسة، واتضح انه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05 بين بعد تفاعل افراد العينة تعزى لمتغير مكان الإقامة وعدم وجود فروق بين باقي المتغيرات. بناء على هذه النتائج أوصت الدراسة ببذل المزيد من الجهود نحو التخلص من كافة المعيقات التي تحول دون الاستفادة من نظام التعليم الإلكتروني، واجراء دورات تدريبية حول استخدام تقنياته، وطرح مواد تكسب الطالب مهارات وتقنيات التعليم الإلكتروني لتحقيق التفاعل، مع ضرورة المزاوجة بين التعليم التقليدي والتعليم الإلكتروني على مستوى جامعة قاصدي مرباح بورقلة.

This study aimed to measure the level of e-learning among a sample of master's students in the Department of Media and Communication Sciences, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of KasdiMerbah, Ouargla. It started from a main question that is, what is the level of e-learning from the point of view of the master's students in media and communication sciences at the University of KasdiMerbah, Ouargla? To achieve this, the descriptive analytical and statistical approach was relied on, and a questionnaire was applied consisting of (25 paragraphs) divided into four dimensions: the first provides the requirements for e-learning at the University of Ouargla, the second provides the e-learning requirements for the sample members, and the third is the interaction of the students of the sample with the education system The fourth is e-learning obstacles, as its stability coefficient reached (0.745) on a random sample of) 251 students( who used learning and interaction through the e-learning system. The results of the study revealed that the level of e-learning among the sample members at the University of KasdiMerbah and Ouargla in general was medium, with which other dimensions of measurement (requirements-obstacles) were shared, while the level of students’ interaction with e-learning was high, and showed that there is a statistically significant relationship at The significance level is 0.05 between the two dimensions of obstacles and interaction only and there are no differences between the other dimensions of the study, and it became clear that there are statistically significant differences at the significance level of 0.05 between the dimension of the interaction of the sample members due to the variable of the place of residence and the absence of differences between the rest of the variables. Based on these results, the study recommended that more efforts be made towards eliminating all obstacles that prevent the benefit of the e-learning system, conducting training courses on the use of its technologies, and offering materials that teach the student the skills and techniques of e-learning to achieve interaction, with the need to combine traditional education and e-learning. At the level of the University of KasdiMerbah in Ouargla.
