Abstract

هدفت دراستنا المعنونة بمديرية الأخبار بالمحطة الجهوية للتلفزيون الجزائري بورقلة التي جاءت في شكل دراسة مونوغرافية لقسم الأخبار بهذه المحطة، والتي تمثل المحطة الإقليمية عبر مقاطعة الجنوب الشرقي والتي تضم إحدى عشرة ولاية ضمن التقسيم الإداري الجديد وكذلك عبارة عن منبر إعلامي للمجتمع الصحراوي، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة سنقوم عبر الملاحظة بالمشاركة لعملية إنتاج الأخبار بالمحطة وبالتالي التعرف على بنيتها وطرق صناعتها في هذا القسم الذي هو عبارة عن تكملة لمديرية الأخبار بالمحطة المركزية في الجزائر العاصمة، حيث أن جل الأخبار الخاصة بالمنطقة تمر عبر القناة الإخبارية للتلفزيون الجزائري، وقد اتبعنا في ذلك الدراسة المونوغرافية التي تندرج ضمن حقل الإثنوغرافيا Ethnographieأي المجال الذي له علاقة بالملاحظة المباشرة للوحدة إلإجتماعية المضبوطة ضمن حقل الدراسة، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة استخلاصنا ما يلي: قسم الأخبار يعمل ضمن نطاق شاسع ويضمن تغطية واسعة في نقل أخبار الجنوب الشرقي إلى جمهور عبر المحطة الأم بالتلفزيون الجزائري، كما تنقل الأخبار عبر تقنيات حديثة مختلفة.

Our study, entitled the Directorate of News of the regional station of Algerian television in Ouargla, which came in the form of a monograph study of the news department of this station, which represents the regional station across the southeastern province, which includes eleven states within the new administrative division, as well as a media platform for the Saharawi community, and through this study Through observation, we will participate in the station’s news production process and thus identify its structure and methods of manufacture in this section, which is a supplement to the news directorate in the central alert in Algiers, as most of the news of the region passes through the news channel of Algerian television, and we followed the monograph study It falls within the field of ethnography, that is, the field that is related to the direct observation of the social unit controlled within the field of study, and through this study we have extracted the following: The news section operates within a wide range and ensures wide coverage in conveying the news of the southeast to an audience through the mother station of the Algerian television, as well as transmitting the news through various modern technologies.
