Abstract

الملخص للمرفق العمومي أهمية كبيرة في حياة أفراد المجتمع، لا يمكن بأي شكل إهماله والتغاضي عما يقدمه من خدمات على مختلف أنواعها، وتسعى الدولة منذ نشأتها على تحسين الخدمة العمومية المقدمة من هذه المرافق وتطويرها وتقريب الإدارة من المواطن، ومما اتخذته في هذا الشأن إنشاء المرصد الوطني للمرفق العام سنة 2016، من أجل تحسين أداء المرافق العمومية والرفع من كفاءتها وأدائها، ورغم أنه حديث النشأة نسبيا، لم يخلوا من نقائص ينبغي استدراكها وعيوب يجب تصحيحها، كل هذا من أجل أداه مهامه على أكمل وجه.
