Abstract: This study aimed to examined if Job Empowerment mediates the relation between Organizational Climate and Organizational Citizenship. For this purpose, data obtained from 62 employees who work in Solidarity Proximity Cells were used to examine hypothesize. A questionnaire, which designed by previous studies, used to collect the study data. Data analyzed through the SPSS statistical packaged software by using Model of Andrew F. Hayes through Macro PROCESS for SPSS and SAS Version 3.00 for estimating Mediation hypothesis. The results of the study indicated that Job Empowerment mediate the relationship between Organizational Climate and Organizational Citizenship of the employees of Solidarity Proximity Cells.
