علاقة استخدام الهاتف الذكي بالتشتت الذهني لدى الطالب الجامعي دراسة میدانیة على عینة من طلبة قسم علوم و الإعلام و الاتصال بجامعة قاصدي مرباح –ورقلة-

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة علاقة استخدام الهاتف الذكي بالتشتت الذهني لدى الطالب الجامعي ، وبالأخص على عينة من طلبة قسم علوم الإعلام و الاتصال بجامعة ورقلة. وقد قسمت هذه الدراسة إلى فصلين، فصل خصص للجانب المنهجي والآخر للجانب التطبيقي، حيث انطلقت دراستنا من التساؤل العام:  ما علاقة استخدام الهاتف الذكي بالتشتت الذهني لدى طلبة قسم علوم الإعلام و الاتصال بجامعة ورقلة؟ ويندرج تحته مجموعة التساؤلات الفرعية التالية:  ما هي عادات وأنماط استخدام طلاب قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة ورقلة للهاتف الذكي ؟  ما هي دوافع و أسباب استخدام طلاب قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة ورقلة للهاتف الذكي؟  ما هو مستوى الأثر الذي يخلفه استخدام الهاتف الذكي على التشتت الذهني لطلاب قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة ورقلة ؟ وقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على نظریة الاستخدامات والإشباعات التي تهتم بجمهور الوسائل الاعلام و الاتصال من حیث استخدامه لها والإشباعات المحققة له كخلفية نظرية للدراسة، و اتبعنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يعد مناسبا لطبيعتها ، كما اعتمدنا كذلك على العينة القصدية ، المكونة من 180 مفردة من طلبة قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال . واستخدمنا أداة الاستبيان كأداة وحيدة لجمع البيانات الدراسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة الميدانية إلى النتائج التالية:  يستخدم طلاب قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة ورقلة الهواتف الذكية يوميا،و بشكل مكثف ومتواصل في كل الأماكن في أغلب الأوقات.  من الدوافع الرئيسية لاستخدام الهواتف الذكية من قبل طلاب قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة ورقلة ، البحث العلمي والتواصل مع الأخرين ومتابعة الأخبار والدردشة والترفيه.  يؤثر استخدام طلاب قسم علوم الإعلام والاتصال بجامعة ورقلة للهاتف الذكي ، بصورة كبيرة ، على تشتيت ذهنهم من خلال فقدان التركيز في مختلف الأنشطة التي يقومون بها في حياتهم اليومية

This study aimed to find out the relationship between smartphone use and mental distraction among university students, especially on a sample of students of the Department of Media Sciences and Communication at the University of Ouargla. This study was divided into two chapters, a chapter devoted to the methodological side and the other to the practical side, as our study started from a general question:  What is the relationship between using a smartphone and mental distraction among students of the Department of Media and Communication Sciences at the University of Ouargla? The following sub-group of questions falls under it:  What are the habits and patterns of using the smartphone by the students of the Department of Media Sciences and Communication at the University of Ouargla?  What are the motives and reasons for students of the Department of Media Sciences and Communication at the University of Ouargla to use a smartphone?  What is the level of impact of the use of a smartphone on the mental distraction of the students of the Department of Media and Communication Sciences at the University of Ouargla? We have relied in this study on the theory of uses and gratifications that is concerned with the mass media and communication in terms of using them and the gratifications they achieve, and we followed in this study the descriptive and analytical approach that is appropriate to its nature, and we also relied on the intentional sample, consisting of 180 students. We used the questionnaire tool as the only tool for collecting the study data, and the practical study reached the following results:  Students of the Department of Information and Communication Sciences at the University of Ouargla use smartphones daily, intensively and continuously, most of the time in all places.  One of the main motives for the use of smartphones by students of the Department of Media Sciences and Communication at the University of Ouargla is for the purposes of scientific research, communication with others, following news, chatting and entertainment.  The use of a smartphone by students of the Department of Media and Communication Sciences at the University of Ouargla greatly distracts them by losing focus on the various activities that the university students performs in their daily life
