Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: إن دراستنا الحالية تهدف إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الإشراف و التوافق المهني لدى عينة من أساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط بتقرت وذلك في ظل المتغيرات الوسطية ( الأقدمية, السن, الجنس, الحالة الاجتماعية) و قد تبنت الدارسة الفرضيات التالية: يوجد علاقة بين أسلوب الإشراف السائد و التوافق المهني لأساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط بتقرت.  يوجد علاقة بين أسلوب الإشراف التسلطي و التوافق المهني لأساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لعامل الخبرة  في المنصب. يوجد علاقة بين أسلوب الإشراف التسلطي و التوافق المهني لأساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لعامل الحالة  الاجتماعية. يوجد علاقة بين أسلوب الإشراف الديمقراطي و التوافق المهني لأساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لعامل  السن. يوجد علاقة بين أسلوب الإشراف الديمقراطي و التوافق المهني لأساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لعامل  الجنس. يوجد علاقة بين أسلوب الإشراف التسلطي و التوافق المهني لأساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لعامل  السن. تضمنت الدراسة بمختلف متغيرات اجانب نظري و جانب تطبيقي,كما تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي الذي يتلاءم مع طبيعة الموضوع على عينة من الأساتذة قوامها ( 120 ), وقد تم اختيارها بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة.و تم الاعتماد على استبيان مصمم من طرف الطالبة , وبعد التأكد من الخصائص من الخصائص السيكومترية للأداة و تطبيقه في جمع البيانات تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: توجد علاقة بين أسلوب الإشراف السائد و التوافق المهني لأساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط بتقرت.  توجد علاقة بين أسلوب الإشراف التسلطي والتوافق المهني لأساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط يعزى لعامل الخبرة في  المنصب. لا توجد علاقة بين أسلوب الإشراف التسلطي والتوافق المهني لأساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط يعزى لعامل الحالة  الاجتماعية. لا توجد علاقة بين أسلوب الإشراف الديمقراطي والتوافق المهني لأساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لعامل السن.  لا توجد علاقة بين أسلوب الإشراف الديمقراطي والتوافق المهني لأساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لعامل الجنس.  توجد علاقة بين أسلوب الإشراف التسلطي والتوافق المهني لأساتذة مرحلة التعليم المتوسط تعزى لعامل السن.

The present study aims to reveal the relationship between supervision and professional consensus among a sample of middle school teachers ' fans in Touggourt and in light of moderation variables ( seniority , age, sex , marital status ) And the study has adopted the following assumptions : • There is a relationship between the dominant method of supervision and vocational adjustment to middle school teachers ' fans in Touggourt . • There is a relationship between the authoritarian style of supervision and vocational adjustment to middle school teachers due to the experience factor in the job. • There is a relationship between the authoritarian style of supervision and compatibility vocational education professors average factor attributed to marital status . • There is a relationship between the method of democratic oversight and compatibility vocational education professors average due to the age factor . • There is a relationship between the method of democratic oversight and vocational adjustment to middle school teachers attributed to the sex worker . • There is a relationship between the authoritarian style of supervision and vocational adjustment to middle school teachers due to the age factor . The study included various variables along with theoretical and by the application , and have been following the descriptive approach which is consistent with the nature of the subject on a sample of professors of ( 120 ) , has been selected in a manner simple random sample . Been relying on a questionnaire designed by the student , and after making sure characteristics of the psychometric properties of the instrument and its application in the data collection was reached the following conclusions : There is a relationship between the dominant method of supervision􀀀 and vocational adjustment to middle school teachers ' fans in Touggourt . There is no relationship between the authoritarian style of􀀀 supervision and compliance vocational education professors average due to the experience factor in the job. There is no relationship between the authoritarian styl􀀀e of supervision and compliance vocational education professors average factor attributed to marital status . There is no relationship between the method of democratic oversight􀀀 and compatibility vocational education professors average due to the age factor . There is no relationship between the method of democratic oversight􀀀 and compatibility vocational education professors average due to the sex worker .
