انماط القيادة لدى المدرب و اهميتها في التفاعل الفريق الرياضي من وجهة نظر اللاعبين دراسة ميدانية على بعض اندية ولاية ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة اىل در اسة وحتليل سلوك املدرب الرياضي ؛ و دراسة وحتليل نوعية العالقة بني املدرب والالعب ؛ و حماولة حتليل عام ملختلف العالقات اجلوانب املتحكمة يف بناء العالقات داخل الفريق وإستخدمنا املنهج الوصفي لدراسة تفاعل الفريق ضمن السلوك القيادي للمدرب الرياضي ،ووجدنا ان لنمط القيادة الدميقراطي دورا إجيابيا يف إحداث التفاعل يف الفريق الرياضي من وجهة نظر الالعبني بنسبة مئوية مرتفعة و وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا يف وجهات النظر . ليس لنمط القيادة التسلطي دورا إجيابيا يف إحداث التفاعل يف الفريق الرياضي من وجهة نظر الالعبني و ذلك لعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا يف وجهات نطر الالعبني،ومتثلت العينة البحث األصلي يف إثنني من النوادي نادي مبدينة ورقلة ونادي مبدينة تقرت.قدرت بـ: 05 ال عب، واعتمدنا على مقياس، من إعداد حممد حسن عالوي، وذلك متاشيا مع السلوك القيادي للمدرب وأمهيته يف تفاعل الفريق الرياضي ،و تكون هذا اإلستبيان من)55( بند توجد بنود يف إجتاه مسة الدميقراطية وتوجد بنود يف إجتاه مسة التسلطية و يقابل كل بند مقياس مخاسي،واستنتجنا أن من الضرورة إتباع أسلوب قيادي حمدد تقوم عليه قيادة كل فريق رياضي وبالتحديد األسلوب القيادي الدميقراطي باعتباره أقرب األساليب إىل حتقيق األهداف املطلوبة وأيضا وضع هياكل هتتم بتكوين اإلطارات يف جمال القيادة الرياضية،و ضرورة وجود تدريبات قيادية يقوم عليها العمل القيادي يف الفرق وذلك لضمان قيادة ناجحة وفعالة ، وأن تقدم القيادات احلالية القدوة واملثل األعلى من خالل االستقامة يف التعامل مع اآلخرين ،وجيب أن يكون القائد الرياضي إسرتاتيجيا ميتلك رؤية واضحة عن املستقبل

This study aims to analyze and study the behavior of the sporting trainer and his relationship with the player, trying to make a global analysis in different sides that leads to build a good relationships into the team, through the descriptive approach to study the interaction depending on the behavior of the sporting trainer. we carried out of the study, that the democratic leadership pattern has a positive role in causing the interaction in the sporting team according to players opinion with high percentage and the differences of points of view that statistically exist .in other hand, the authoritative leadership cannot make an interaction in the team according to the opinions of most of the players . Our study sample based on two teams ,one is from Ouargla center , and the other one is from Touggourt (about 50 players ) through a questionnaire had be done by Med Hocine Alaoui , the questionnaire includes (55) items concern both of the democratic character and the authoritative character .the study carried out that it is necessary to follow a determinant style of leadership applied in the team , and we conclude that the suitable style is the democratic leadership since it the nearest to the need of players in their training , and must be there a training courses lead the good manner in the leadership that assure a successful leadership , besides of that must be there good leaders who will be the example in the leadership behavior and should have a clear vision for the future .
