Abstract

في ظل اقتصاديات الطاقة يمثل البحث عن البديل للطاقات التقليدية الناضبة أهم الانشغالات التي تطرح على الدول الصناعية والنامية خاصة الدول التي تعتمد على الريع البترولي بشكل كبير، خصوصا مع إشكالية التكاليف التي غالبا ما تقف عائقا أمام الحلول التي تطرح.وانطلاقا مما تتوفر عليه الجزائر من صحاري شاسعة تسمح باستقبال كميات كبيرة من أشعة الشمس و شدة رياح قوية، فان الطاقة تمثل أحد الحلول المهمة في بلادنا لاستغلالها خصوصا في تزويد المناطق النائية بالكهرباء، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من أجل توضيح بعض الظواهر المتعلقة بالطاقة، بالإضافة إلى المنهج الكمي المقارن من أجل دراسة استهلاك وإنتاج الطاقة، وقد توصلنا إلى أن توظيف الطاقات المتجددة بشكل كلي أو جزئي يؤدي إلى انخفاض تكاليف استغلال الكهرباء وهذا بدراسة حالة الجزائر.

Behind the economies of energy, the search for the replacement of the limited traditional energies is the most interests which are posed to industrial and excrescence nations especially nations which depend mostly on petroleum rent, particular which problem of costs, which stand frequently as an obstacle to the posed solutions. The large deserts of Algeria receive huge quantities of solar radiation and the intensity of furious wind, so the energy is one of the Important solutions in our country to use it for providing the distant areas which electricity, by depending on the analytic descriptive method for showing some related phenomena to energy in addition to quantity comparative method for studying the consumption and the production of energy. We conclude that the renewable energies usage whether is partially or wholly leads to decrease the costs of electricity and that is by studying the case of Algeria.
