Abstract: This study aims to determine the extent of business satisfaction for services provided by insurance companies in AL-Hassa region (K. S. A), by identifying the reasons of selecting and changing insurance companies, references and period in dealing with those companies. In order to determine the satisfaction of business organizations in AL-Hassa region, this study includes 55 organizations from various sectors. The study found that the quality of service provided by the company and its reputation are the most important reasons for choosing an insurance company. Concerning the time to deal with insurance companies, it ranges between one and five years
