اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي نحو النشاط البدني الرياضي وعلاقتها بتدريس مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية دراسة ميدانية بإبتدائيات دائرة الحجيرة ولاية ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيغة العلاقة ما بين اتجاهات اساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي وتطبيقهم لحصة التربية البدنية والرياضية بالشكل المطلوب، وذلك من خلال دراسة الفرضيات التي تنص على أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي نحو النشاط البدني والرياضي وتطبيق حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، وكذا أن للمؤهل العلمي للأساتذة واتجاهاتهم نحو النشاط الرياضي علقة طردية ايجابية في تطبيق حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية، والفرضية الأخيرة تنص على أن لاتجاهات الأساتذة نحو النشاط البدني الرياضي وخبرتهم الميدانية دور كبير في حرصهم على تطبيق حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية، واعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي باستخدام أداتي الإستبيان ومقياس الإتجاهات الأجينتون على عينة قدرها 80 أستاذ للتعليم الابتدائي ما بين الذكور والإناث موزعة على عدة مؤسسات إبتدائية، وقد توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: ان الفرضية العامة التي تنص على أن لاتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي علاقة ايجابية طردية بتطبيق حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية غير محققة وهذا من خلال نتائج الفرضيات الجزئية التي كانت نتائجها عكسية العلاقة بين المتغيرات، وبالتالي نقول انه لا توجد علاقة طردية ايجابية بين اتجاهات الأساتذة وتطبيقهم لحصة التربية البدنية والرياضية.

The study is aimed at showing the nature of relationship between the inclinations of sports and physical etduration to having this latter practiced and their applying physical and sports education as required by studying the hypotheses that say that there are differns between the inclinations of primary schools towards the sports and physical activity and the application of sports and physical education with having all teachers subagected to the (men and women) in addition, the qualifications and inclinations of the said teachers towards the physical and sports education, have a significant and positive impact in applying the sports and physical education session, however ,the last hypothesis says that the inclinations and the practical experience of teachers have a major role in making the teachers of sports and physical activity give their sessions. Furthermore, we have mad as of two tools questionnaire and the inclination scales The sample study has comprised 80 teachers of primary schools, including both men and women form different primary schools, and we have come up with the following results: The general hypothesis that says that the inclinations of the primary school teachers have a significant and positive impact in applying the physical and this by the partial hypotheses result which were contradictory among the vorilbes, and therefore, we can say there are no significant and positive relationship between the teachers of the primary schools and the applying the sports and physical education.
