المرأة المقاولة و تحديات النسق الاجتماعي داراسة ميدانية لعينة من النساء المقاولات بمدينة ورقلة و حاسي مسعود

Abstract

هدفت دراستنا إلى المرأة المقاولة وتحديات النسق الاجتماعي و ذلك للإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي: هل يشكل النسق الاجتماعي للمرأة المقاولة عائقا أمام تواجدها في الواقع ؟ و للإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي اعتمدت على الفرضيتين التاليتين:  يشجع المحيط الأسري المرأة المقاولة في عملها بولاية ورقلة.  يشجع المحيط الثقافي المرأة المقاولة في عملها بولاية ورقلة. و لإثبات هاتين الفرضيتين اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي و استخدام أدوات جمع البيانات انطلاقا من المقابلة غير مقننة و الاستبيان و الأساليب الإحصائية. و تمت الدراسة على عينة من النساء المقاولات بولاية ورقلة (مدينة ورقلة و حاسي مسعود) المتمثلة في 20 امرأة مقاولة تم اختيارها بطرقة قصدية و جاءت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية على أن المحيط الأسري و الثقافي يشجع المرأة المقاولة في عملها بولاية ورقلة و دلك من خلال أن الأسرة تساعد المرأة و تشجعها لإنشاء مؤسسات صغيرة ، ودخول المرأة هدا المجال من خلال حب المهنة و الاستفادة من النساء المقاولات المتوجدن في النسق الاجتماعي ، ودور المجتمع في تشجيع المرأة برفع التحدي و الشعور بالنجاح من طرف المحيط الاجتماعي و هذا لنوع القطاع التي تمارسه و إما فرض ذاتها منذ بداية إنشاء المشروع و كيفية تسيرها للمؤسسة و الأسرة و ذلك لان النجاح هو السبب الذي يجعل الناس يقدرون و يعجبون بهذه المرأة فالاستقامة في المعاملات تفرض على الآخرين احترامها و تقديرها. .

The aim of our study is the basiness woman (contractor) and the challenges of the sociological To achieve this aim we have to answer the main question which is: how does business woman challenge the sociological system in the willaya of Ouargla * The family envirement encourages business woman in her job in Ouargla (the willaya of ouargla) * The cultural environment encourage business woman in her job in Ouargla (the willaya of Ouargla) To prove these theories followed the descriptive method and the use of collecting data ; begin with free interview, the swr vey and stastics In this study I questioned twenty (20) business woman From the willaya of Ouargla (the city of Ouargla and hassi Messaud) who were chosen in pr pose The results of this sur vey were that the family and the cultural environment s encourage business woman in her job in the willaya of Ouargla and this through the help or the family to the woman and it encourages her to construct and build small institions besides woman get into this field because she love this job and she gets use of (benefits) .Other business women from the sociological system. Moreover , the rote of society in encouraging women to face the challenge, also the sociological envirment feels succeeded because of the type of job she is practing . Other wise, she has to prove her self from the beginning of the project and the way she is managing the institution and the Family; due to the fact that success is the reason which make people respect and admire that woman, since strictness in behaving oblige the othess to respect her
