استخدام صحفيي الاذاعات المحلية لتكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال الحديثة (دراسة وصفية تحليلية بإذاعة ورقلة الجهوية)

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية: إن التطورات المتلاحقة التي مست تكنولوجيات الاتصال من بداية النشأة إلى العصر الحالي واقتحامها لكل المجالات وتواجدها يؤكد مدى أهميتها ،ولتعرف عليها أكثر وخصوصا ضمن المجال الإعلامي ومدى استخدام الصحفي لها ،وتأثيرها على حياته العملية واليومية وربطها بالآثار التي تنجم عند فقدانها ومستوى الاتصال الذي يكون ضمنها وسهولته في ظل وجودها في المؤسسة الإعلامية ومن أجل التعرف عن هذا المجال أكثر كانت الدراسة في إذاعة ورقلة الجهوية ،وتحقيقا لأهداف الدراسة كان المنهج المستخدم هو المنهج المسحي وبالتحديد المسح بالعينة في القسم التطبيقي وقد استخدمت أدوات جمع البيانات الثلاث (الملاحظة ،المقابلة ،الاستبيان )وذلك للإحاطة بالموضوع أكثر ،والعينة كانت صحفيي إذاعة ورقلة الجهوية المكونة من 25 مفردة وقد كان اختيار العينة قصدية ،لنتناول في الفصل النظري التكنولوجيات الحديثة من حيث النشأة والتطور وذكر أهم خصائصها ومجالات تطبيقها وأهم الانعكاسات الايجابية والسلبية ،ليكون الفصل الثاني عن الإعلام المسموع في الجزائر من حيث نشأة الإذاعات المحلية في الجزائر والتطرق إلى التكنولوجيا في الإذاعة واهم العوامل المؤثرة على الأداء الصحفي. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة حاولنا تقييم التكنولوجيات المتوفرة في المؤسسة الإذاعية بورقلة ومدى استخدام الصحفيين لها وأثارها عليهم مع التركيز على التكنولوجيات التي تخص المجال الإعلامي ،يعني التكنولوجيات الاتصالية بالتحديد، ومعرفة الدور الذي تكتسيه في المؤسسة ومدى مساعدتها للصحفيين أثناء أداء مهامهم ،وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه كان لها اثر ايجابي على الصحفيين والمؤسسة في ذات الوقت ، وهي متوفرة لكن بحاجة إلى تعديلات وتحديثات دائما ،وذلك من خلال توفير انترنت ذات تدفق عالي في المؤسسة وتوافر وسائل تكنولوجية أكثر حداثة ،وتكوين كادر بشري مؤهل من خلال تنظيم دورات تدريبية لتكون أكثر ايجابية في المؤسسة.

Through this study, we tried to evaluate the available technologies in the broadcasting institution Ouargla and the use of journalists have raised them with a focus on technologies that belong to the field of media, means of communication technologies in particular, and to know the role that Tkedzih in the organization and the extent of its assistance to journalists while performing their duties, and the study concluded that it was have a positive effect on journalists and the institution at the same time, it is available but need to be adjustments always and updates, and through the provision of Internet high-flow in the organization and the availability of technological means more modern, and the formation of qualified through the organization of training courses human cadre to be more positive in the organization.
