استخدام طالبات الجامعة لموقع التواصل الاجتماعي " الفايسبوك" (طالبات إقامة بن مالك محمد حسان بورقلة نموذجا).

Abstract

التطورات التي شهدها العالم خلال القرن العشرين في وسائل الاتصال بأشكالها المختلفة جعلت عملية نقل وتبادل المعلومات تتم بكل سهولة وسرعة فأحدثت بذلك تغييرا ملحوظا في مفهومي الزمان والمكان، وهذا ما ينطبق على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بما فيها موقع الفايسبوك الذي أصبح منتشرا في جميع المجتمعات وفي المجتمع الجزائري لقي استخداما واسعا من طرف الشباب فلم يعد مجرد خدمة اتصالية وتواصلية، وإنما تحول إلى ظاهرة اجتماعية لها تأثيرها الملحوظ على الشباب وطالبات الجامعة خاصة كعينة للدراسة، سواء الجانب العاطفي أو الاجتماعي أو المعرفي العلمي نظرا للتصفح الكثير والارتباط الوثيق بهذه الخدمة. والمغزى من دراستنا هذه معرفة حاجات ودوافع استخدام طالبات إقامة بن مالك محمد حسان بورقلة لموقع التواصل الاجتماعي الفايسبوك. وقد انطلقنا من التساؤل التالي: ما هي الاستخدامات والاشباعات المحققة للطالبات الجامعيات من موقع التواصل الاجتماعي " الفايسبوك"؟ وبناءا على ذلك تمت الدراسة على عينة من الطالبات المستخدمات لموقع الفايسبوك بإقامة بن مالك محمد حسان بورقلة، وقد اعتمدنا كدراسة وصفية على المنهج المسحي واستخدمنا في ذلك الملاحظة وأداة الاستبيان التي تم توزيعها كعينة حصصية على أساس المستوى الجامعي كحصتين (الليسانس 1،2،3والماستر1،2) وعدد الطالبات المقيمات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن موقع التواصل الإجتماعي الفايسبوك يعتبر فضاء لتداول المعلومات بين الطالبات من خلال استخدامهن له ، كما أنه يلعب دورا كبيرا في تحقيق الاشباعات الاجتماعية و المعرفية.
