أنشطة التعليم العالي في الـمواقع الإلكترونية الجامعية دراسة وصفية مقارنة بين الموقعين الإلكترونيين الرسميين لكل من جامعة ورقلة و جامعة قسنطينة1

Abstract

يعد موضوع عرض أنشطة التعليم العالي في المواقع الإلكترونية الجامعية من البحوث و الدراسات الجديدة ضمن تخصص الإعلام والاتصال، و من هذا المنطلق اهتممنا به في إطار دراسة مقارنة بين الموقعين الإلكترونيين الرسميين لكل من جامعة ورقلة و جامعة قسنطينة1, حيث قمنا بتقسيم الدراسة إلى أربعة (4) فصول، الفصل الأول استعرضنا فيه الإطار المنهجي الذي يتضمن إشكالية البحث " كيف يتم عرض مضامين أنشطة التعليم العالي في الموقعين الإلكترونيين الرسميين لكل من جامعة ورقلة و جامعة قسنطينة1 ؟" و خمس تساؤلات فرعية, كما تعرضنا لأسباب اختيار موضوع البحث، أهدافه و أهميته، مع تحديد أهم المصطلحات المستعملة، المنهج المستخدم في الدراسة، أدوات جمع البيانات ثم عرض أبرز البحوث و الدراسات السابقة. الإطار النظري تضمن الفصلين الثاني و الثالث, حيث تمت عنونة أولهما بــــ "أنشطة التعليم العالي" متضمنا مفهومها، أنواعها، فوائدها و أهميتها, أما الفصل الثالث المعنون بـ "المواقع الإلكترونية الجامعية" فقد احتوى خمس مباحث تطرقت لمفهوم هذا النوع من المواقع، خصائصها، خدماتها، طريقة تسييرها و أشكال النشر الإلكتروني فيها, بينما قدمنا في الفصل الرابع الخاص بالإطار التطبيقي الموقعين الإلكترونيين لجامعتي ورقلة و قسنطينة1 مع وصف واجهتيهما الرئيسيتين، ثم ذكرنا بالتفصيل إجراءات الدراسة التطبيقية لنقوم بعدها بتفريغ الجداول و تحليلها التي أوصلتنا لاستخلاص نتائج المقارنة بين طريقة عرض أنشطة التعليم العالي في الموقعين الإلكترونيين. و في الأخير توصلنا إلى استنتاج حل للإشكالية المذكورة أعلاه، حيث يتم عرض أنشطة التعليم العالي ضمن الموقعين الإلكترونيين الرسميين لكل من جامعة ورقلة وجامعة قسنطينة1 بتوفيرها باللغتين الفرنسية و العربية مع الاعتماد على وسائط محددة لنقل معلوماتها، إضافة لتخصيص مساحات متباينة لها و بتنسيقات افتراضية لنصوصها، و تتنوع مواضيع هذه المنشورات التي تهدف إلى الإعلام، الإعلان والتغطية الإخبارية حيث تستهدف أساسا جمهور الجامعتين من طلبة و أساتذة. مع ذلك تجدر الإشارة إلى محاولة استدراك بعض النقائص الملاحظة من حيث تصميم الموقعين باعتبار التصميم يؤثر على درجة الوصول إلى المنشورات ضمن أقسامها، و كذلك بعض خصائص عرض المنشورات التي لا تتلاءم مع مضمونها و لا تتلاءم مع ما يفضل الجمهور توفيره أثناء اطلاعهم على محتوى الموقعين. الكلمات المفتاحية: أنشطة التعليم العالي، المواقع الإلكترونية، الجامعة، المنشورات

The subject of displaying the Activities of the High education in the University’s Electronic Site is one of the recent studies and researches in the field of Communication and Information. Thus the study is focus on the comparison between two principal Electronic Sites in the University of Ouargla and the University of Constantine1. This study is divided into four parts. In the first part we introduce the methodical part contains the problematic that dealing with “How display the contents of the activities of high education in the two formal electronic sites in the university of Ouargla and Constantine1” as well as involved five sub-questions also we present the importance and the purpose of this research with indication of the most important used terms, the method, the instruments of collecting data then introduce the important pervious researches. The second and third part include the theoretical part about the “activities of high education” the definition, the types the virtues and the importance, whereas, the third part contains “the electronic sites” which divided into five parts dealing with the definition of the sites, characteristics, serves and the way this sites are managed followed by the forms of publishing electronic, however, the fourth part involved the practical part for the two electronic sites at the university of Ouargla and Constantine1 with describing their principals fronts. Particularly, we describe the procedures of the practical study then analyzing the data and deducing the findings of this study. The last part involves solution to the problematic above, and display the activities of high education within the two formal electronics sites for both universities of Ouargla and Constantine1 comprise both Arabic and French languages relying on specific methods to transmits information with specify a various areas and priori coordination for its texts followed with the variety of these publication aimed to information, publicity, and media where incur specially the audience of both universities as students and teachers, that is why point out on trying to recantation some weaknesses that the design effects on the degree of incoming to the publications with its class, as well as, some characteristics to show it means the publication. which is unsuitable with the content and what the audience prefer to provisioning during skimming on the content of the two sites.
